Now reading: Chapter 626 - 626 Eccentric Crafting from The Golem Mage, a Action novel by mystic dark.

626: Eccentric Crafting.

626: Eccentric Crafting.

Alec opened his eyes and stared at the four figures before him, hearing their gasps as they returned to consciousness.

After they were fully awake, the first thing they did was remove the small branch of wood that had pierced part of their bodies, causing a trickle of blood to flow from the wounds.

However, within seconds, the injured areas began to heal since these weren’t critical injuries, and their high realm ant that such minor bruises and wounds typically didn’t last long.

Alec watched them closely, finally confirming that it was only upon his death that they would be forced out of the Amulet world space.

He had clearly entered the second level of the Beast Forest to hunt down so Tier 5 demonic beasts.

He had initially been searching for a Golden Horned Drake to continue the progression rate for his second soul demonic beast, but while he was on the hunt for a Tier 5 Golden Horned Drake demonic beast, the Tier 6 Golden Horn Drake that had killed him last ti was also hunting him, and as if it could sense his unique scent,

As soon as Alec appeared and began pursuing another Tier 5 Drake, he found himself being chased by the Tier 6 predator.

Though his golems attempted to sacrifice themselves to allow him to escape, but the formidable Drake proved too much for them.

After about thirty minutes of running, he was finally eliminated.

Following this experience, Alec vowed to steer clear of the Golden Horn Drake’s territory for a while; and there was no way he would visualise the image of Golden Drakes again before he stepped into the second level of the Beast Forest without the ans to stand toe-to-toe with a Tier 6 beast, since he was being hunted by one.

“That was crazy!

I was enjoying that pool, why were we ejected?” Arthur, ever the straightforward one, asked the question as the others looked at Alec, waiting for his reply, cause they were all feeling the Mana pool.

“Simple, I died, now, aren’t you supposed to be cultivating?

You’re just a few hours away from the Tier 5 Mage Realm, I believe you still have so Tier 5 cultivation pills left, this is the perfect ti to take them and try to reach that level,” Alec urged, facing Arthur.

“Ti is of the essence, even for you Brandon, you need to stabilize your realm; I know you’ll be a big help during the next match, do that quickly, and I’ll show you so moves before we get called” Alec said, eyeing Brandon while inspecting his data.

Na : Brandon Gordons

Tier : 5 (Low) {25%}

Affinity : Earth Manipulation I Sand Control I)

Alec was confident Brandon would be an asset, as he had finally evolved his earth elent to the Manipulation level.

He had always sensed that Brandon’s Earth elent leaned towards the sand side.

And given the fact that he awakened with a peak affinity, he should have been the first to reach the Manipulation level even before Alec.

However, Alec suspected that the system’s interference had caused these changes not only for himself but also for Brandon.

Because from what he’d learned, it was unusual for a Mid Tier mage to evolve their affinity; most achieved this only during their breakthrough to the high rank.

Those with peak affinity tended to grasp it during their breakthroughs to the High rank, while others with lower affinity required ti to gain the insight needed for their elent evolution after they entered the High Rank.

But Brandon had finally evolved his elent too, and Alec felt it was likely due to either the system or the amulet’s influence, as it seems he had just been pushed to make that final step, since he had been at peak level before entering the Beast Forest.

Though Alec couldn’t imagine the pain Brandon must have endured during the evolution, he felt relieved to have one more person to rely on for the next match.

With that thought, he turned to provide so advice to both Agnes and Knight.

He quickly reviewed a few details with Knight, prompting him to begin cultivating before turning to Agnes.

“Summon your golems!” Alec exclaid, his eyes sparkling with excitent.

Agnes was taken aback by his eccentric behaviour; she had only seen him this animated when facing a large number of enemies on Blood Moon Day or within the Second Dinsion.

It was almost as if the serious attitude he had maintained slipped away once the boys delved into their cultivation, transforming him into a curious child, as he balled his fists and shook them impatiently in front of her.

“Okay, wait!” Agnes responded, sliding her right hand off her left palm.

Magically, her wand appeared, since her wand had been integrated with her equipnt.

It could also transform into a tattoo on her body, and can be retracted easily, without wasting any ti, she morphed the wand into its staff form and slamd it on the ground three tis.

In an instant, runes illuminated the room as five golems materialized before them.

Three of the golems were made of pure clay, robust in build, and taller than Alec, who was already impressive for his age.

While the stone golems were a bit larger and equipped with massive stone shields.

As he observed them, Alec realized they were all peak Tier 3 golems, and Agnes seed unsure of how to advance them past this level; from what he could see, they should have evolved into Tier 4 by now.

Alec : “¬”

Alec first wore a shocked expression, when he saw the options that the system brought up, but within seconds, his face broke into a wide smile as he turned to Agnes, who laughed nervously in response.

She had never seen Alec so animated before; her initial concerns flew out the window as she watched him move around, touching the bodies of her golems and complinting the craftsmanship.

While she observed him, Alec was lost in thought.

He had never expected to be able to evolve soone else’s golems, and he felt it might have to do with the new changes in the system and he was loving every bit of it.

He realized that even if Agnes didn’t reach the Tier 5 Mage Realm, helping her evolve her golems with the system’s assistance would significantly boost her battle power, especially if she could control her golems to create great synergy.

Without wasting ti, he decided to share the good news with Agnes.

“Get ready!

I’m about to evolve your golems, and I think I’m going to need your help,” Alec said, grinning widely, causing Agnes to freeze in place.

This ti, it was joy that left her speechless, her father, the first elder of the Bloodline, had told her that only a selected few could upgrade others’ golems in the Gordons Clan, and those individuals were seen as absolute masters.

One was the Fifth Elder, who specialized in beast golems; the Second Elder, who focused on elental golems; and the Patriarch, who dealt with all humanoid-shaped golems.

While there were others, these three were the undisputed experts.

Given that most others had only created one golem, they weren’t particularly esteed in the golem crafting aspect, an example of this was the Third Elder, who focused on one Golden Golem refinent thod.

So when Agnes found herself at a dead end with her golem’s progress, she had planned to seek help upon returning back ho to the Gordons clan house.

However, hearing Alec claim he would assist her in evolving them left her in shock, a smile broke out on her face, and a small tear slid down her cheek, cause even though Alec appeared younger than the elders of the Gordons clan, Agnes had blind faith in him.

After all, he was the only mber of the younger generation from the Gordon Clan with extensive knowledge about golems.
