636: Explosive Encounters 636: Explosive Encounters Pale was still in shock at how quickly Legion had dispatched two Tier 5 mages, and Legion’s calm deanor made it seem as if eliminating them had been effortless.
“Hey, ice boy!
Cast an ice wall spell for , fast!” Pale frowned upon hearing another Golem giving him orders, but he gritted his teeth in anger.
Because despite his frustration the golems were actually stronger than him, so he chose not to retaliate and instead cast the ice wall, reassuring himself that he was doing this for the sake of the team’s plan.
As soon as he finished, loud banging echoed from the other side of the ice wall, as if soone were smashing their fist against the ice wall.
Crack!
After about six thunderous blows, the ice wall finally shattered, creating a mist that obscured Pale’s view.
When the fog finally cleared, he saw Titan gripping the head of a death knight.
The realization then hit him, no one had been pounding on the wall; Titan had been forcefully smashing the death knight’s head against it until it crumbled.
Before Pale’s eyes, Titan’s hand slightly expanded, crushing the skull of the Death knight, sending it back to the embrace of darkness,
Morgana Voss, just like her younger brother, had awakened their family’s necromantic talent, but while her abilities were not as exceptional as Dorian’s, they still posed a significant challenge for other mages.
As Morgana could summon up to five death knights just one small realm lower than her.
With each of the Death Knights commanding about ten low rank skeleton soldiers, so when Morgana faced Beatrice, Beatrice was forced to focus only on her.
This left Beatrice unable to assist the rest of the War God Academy team, another part of Alec’s plan, as her three puppets had to remain close to her, forming a protective circle around her to prevent the attack of the small undead horde from reaching her.
When Alec deployed his golems, Titan took it upon himself to confront Morgana, who controlled the larger group of undead against the War God Academy vice captain,
Leading him to face fifty undead, along with their commander, the Death knights directly under Morgana’s control.
But he was not alone; he had summoned his minions, the ice golems, which swiftly dispatched the skeleton soldiers, with their unlimited stamina and battle prowess they beca the perfect counter for the skeleton soldiers as they had no Living Qi to be restrained
While Titan engaged three of the Death knights himself.
The entire audience fell into shocked silence as it beca clear that Onyx Academy was not only losing but doing so at a rapid pace.
With the golems joining the battle, it quickly beca easier for the Onyx academy team to et their end, as the golems exhibited impressive combat experience and capability.
“When will you stop with those cheeky catchphrases?” Titan grumbled, swinging the body of a death knight to the ground as he stared at Titan who was blowing off the smoke from the mouth of his sniper.
“Hmm, talk to when you’ve killed as many as I have!
I’m heading in to help Master handle those undead!” Legion replied, as the weapon before him disassembled and the components moved along his body, till a jetpack ford behind him, as he propelled himself into the air, as he was making his way towards Alec.
“I’ve taken down three Death knights; you’ve only killed two mages!
How dare you act superior to !” Titan shouted at the top of his lungs, trying to make himself heard to the snobbish Legion.
“Those are just summoned creatures; I could take them down in my sleep,” Legion retorted, turning mid-air and extending his hands forward, from which tiny laser nozzles erged.
Ting!
Legion fired three precise shots, instantly eliminating three skeleton soldiers that were surrounding Morgana.
With a satisfied smile, he resud his flight toward Alec.
Though he didn’t voice out anything, but at that mont Titan understood what Legion implied his action.
While Titan took care of the Death knights, which were Morgana’s summons in a bid to assist Beatrice and her puppets, Legion on the other hand had eliminated two mages from the Onyx Academy team on his own.
So when Titan challenged him, he felt the need to clarify that he was superior in a way, as Titan had only defeated a summoned creature, so Legion had rely taken down three skeleton soldiers, which were also summons.
But what infuriated Titan was that he had killed Death knights, while Legion had only dispatched skeleton soldiers under the Death knight’s command.
To Titan he felt like Legion was making his achievents look insignificant simply because he hadn’t taken out a mage from the Onyx Academy team.
“That piece of tal!” Titan exclaid in frustration as Legion had gone far, he too turned and dashed toward Morgana, no longer concerned about giving the War God Academy team mbers a chance to experience battle hardships.
As the undead noticed him approaching their master, they surged forward to intercept him.
