756: Legacy 2.

756: Legacy 2.

Once Alec was done with the first set, he moved on to those whose golems were lower in realm than them, using his Inspect skill on every golem as he passed.

And he quickly separated them into two groups, those whose golems were ready to evolve to the next realm and those whose golems were still lagging behind, unable to reach their maximum experience point.

Once the separation was complete, he instructed the second group, those with underdeveloped golems to join the other set at the side and continue casting spells while simultaneously commanding their golems.

This was the only way to help their golems gain experience naturally under the system’s power, and Alec was confident that, with ti, they would reach their experience cap, making their evolution much smoother.

At first, the low-rank mages didn’t understand why Alec was separating them because of such issues, but when they saw him lining up the first group and calling them forward one by one, they finally realized his plan.

Alec began summoning basic resources, assisting the qualified golems in advancing from Tier 1 to Tier 2 and those at Tier 2 to Tier 3.

Those who were still stuck training could only stare in envy, watching their peers’ golems evolve before their eyes.

Though Alec’s terminology like “maximum experience points” was unfamiliar to them, but they quickly understood his ssage, the harder they trained their golems, the faster they would advance.

Seeing Alec personally assisting over a hundred golems in breaking through at once was nothing short of shocking, even to the Mid-Tier mages present, such a mass evolution had never been witnessed in the Gordons clan before.

But Alec had his system, and as long as he paid the corresponding cost, he could unlock new evolutionary paths for any golem under his command.

Since they were still low-rank mages, the cost of evolution was relatively low, around 250 system points for unlocking the evolution paths of Tier 1 golems breaking through to Tier 2, and between 500 to 1,000 points for Tier 2 golems advancing to Tier 3.

Even though Alec knew he would earn a massive influx of system points during the Blood Moon War, he wasn’t entirely sure if these mages would be strong enough to help him recoup all the resources he had spent on them.

However, he saw it as an investnt for the future, because as long as they survived, they would continue providing him with a steady stream of experience and system points every ti he led them into battle.

And with his two Tier 6 golems now having an elite golem squad each capable of hunting low- to high-Tier 6 demonic beasts in the beast forest, Alec wasn’t too concerned about the small costs he was spending now.

He had bigger plans for his Gordons small army of mages and was willing to invest heavily in them.

Most low-rank golems had only one evolution path, as they were ordinary and lacked any unique traits.

However, whenever Alec encountered a golem with two or three evolution paths, he made sure to explain the options to the mage who owns such golems, exactly as the system notification displayed.

Once the mage chose their preferred evolution, Alec would begin the transformation process, carefully following the required steps for that specific evolution.

For Alec, evolving low-rank golems was incredibly easy and fast with resources provided by the system after he had paid the system point fee and he also made use of various elental runes, especially now that he had experience tweaking even mid-rank golems.

Over ti, he had guided many of his own golems through various evolution paths, making this process second nature to him due to his vast experience.

The Gordons clan mages were still in awe of Alec’s actions, those whose golems had successfully evolved into the next realm felt an instant surge in their overall battle power, having a companion on the sa Tier which might be a little bit stronger, was a ga changers to them all.

What truly amazed them, though, was Alec’s expertise, unlike random trial-and-error evolution attempts, Alec followed the precise system paths, ensuring a 100% success rate for each golem’s breakthrough.

Not only that, but every evolution path he selected was strong, stable, and tailored to maximize the golems potential .

After evolving each golem, Alec would imdiately send its owner to join the others practicing spellcasting while giving commands to their golems.

He knew that having a strong golem was useless if the mage couldn’t control it properly, it would be like giving a child a greatsword.

Sure, the child might injure others, but their lack of control would likely cause them to hurt themselves first.

That’s why Alec didn’t give them any ti and felt they would bond well with their newly upgraded golems in training, so he threw them straight into training, forcing them to imdiately learn how to give precise orders while casting spells at the sa ti.

Alec was determined to push them to a level where they could seamlessly multitask between commanding their golems and casting spells.

That was how Alec spent his first day of training, ensuring that every low-rank mage who hadn’t created a golem yet spent the entire day figuring out what kind of golem suited them best.

Most ended up choosing Earth golems, and once they reported they have accomplished this, Alec gave them the sa command as the others:

Start spell training while simultaneously issuing commands to their golems.

While the low-rank mages felt ntally drained and traumatized, the Tier 4 and Tier 5 mages were anxious, knowing Alec would soon turn his attention to them after his little demonstration in the morning.

On the other hand, the Tier 6 mages were eager for their turn, hoping Alec would upgrade their golems and advise them on which spells to focus on.

Ironically, while most of the mages viewed Alec as a rciless demon, the Tier 6 mages saw him as a blessing from heaven.

Then, just when the training ended, Alec shocked everyone by handing out one Tier 5 cultivation pill each to eight Tier 5 mages, explaining that, apart from Brandon’s progress in the morning, they were the only ones who had truly improved in their spell proficiency.

And just when they thought he was done, Alec went further, rewarding one Tier 4 cultivation pill each to 45 Tier 4 mages, acknowledging their progress as well.

Finally, he promised that if they continued to show improvent, he would increase their rewards in the future.

This trend of rewards didn’t stop at the Mid ranks, it extended to the Low ranks as well.

Alec made sure to reward anyone who had levelled up at least one spell, ensuring that every bit of progress was acknowledged.

One particularly lucky mage managed to increase three spell levels, two in one spell and one in another.

Alec imdiately rewarded him with three cultivation pills, further proving that he had a precise way of tracking their improvents to the mages.

Though the mages didn’t fully understand how Alec was determining their progress, they quickly speculated that he must have so kind of spiritual vision, but in reality, however, he was simply using his Analysis spell.

Despite being completely exhausted from Alec’s hellish training, the promise of rewards kept a spark of determination in their eyes as they returned to their respective abode.

Thinking of their peers who would cultivate with their newly earned pills and advance even further fuelled a fierce sense of competition among them.

Even those who had already been rewarded on the first day felt an insatiable hunger to do better, eager to continue basking in their young master’s grace.

And in the process, Alec had quietly taught them another important thing, that sotis, being shaless was necessary, when called for in the battlefield.
