Thinking of sothing, Björn cald down as he sat back down "We are all now in the sa starting point, all his glory and strength is sothing of the past"

Looking at Yuki, Björn smiled "If the great Murmur lowered himself enough to spawn a half demon then he truly is at his lowest"

"Besides his current actions of sending out his cub to help shows he is in need of an ally" Björn eyes flashed thinking of his encounter with the moon goddess.

"Origin gods truly are different, it seems I have to accept Murmur’s offer for now. I wonder if other consciousness knows that Murmur survived" Björn thought to himself.

"For now I am protected by the rule from any threat but that ans I have to be careful of any actions I take, so as not to give the origin gods the go they need to take care of " Björn said as he closed his eyes to connect with his new divinity and think of ways to avoid the problem that will co with it in the future.

Back in Nana’s realm, the gods looked deep in thought as they pondered over Nana’s words. It took soti before Jaws spoke up.

"Mother, we recently learned your kind are fond of withholding information so that it works best in your favor" Jaws said as all the gods turned to look at Nana.

Nana sighed as she stood from her seat "you are talking about what the demon your son recently faced said"

Jaws nodded "I indeed withheld information from you but that was because I wanted you guys to be more involved in other races apart from your offspring"

"The demon said for the second thod to work that all the gosling races need to be wiped out, does that have anything to do with our involvent?" Ikenga asked.

Nana sighed once again as she nodded "There indeed is a connection"

"The second thod the demon ntioned was for a certain percentage of the human in our world to agree to sacrificing our world to the abyss"

"Like the demon said, this thod takes away all power and right from us to do anything to stop it" Nana said with a heavy tone.

Crepuscular asked this ti "why is it that the human can decide that and has that much control of the situation"

Nana opened her hand where a planet similar to ours appeared only this ti it had no humans except for green humanoid beings like goblins.

She then spoke up "There is nothing special on why the humans have that much of a control, it only boils down to one thing which is that they are the first original intelligent life form of our world"

Pointing at the planet projection, "The sa goes for this planet too, these green n are the first intelligent life form in their world so in a situation like ours they get the sa power and right the human have in deciding the fate of the world" Nana Sid going quiet to give the gods ti to think.

"I don’t like this" Ikenga said after a while, the other gods looked like they completely understood.

Nana was the only thing be confused "What is it you don’t like son"

Ikenga stood up from his seat frustrated as he gestured around "Everything, I don’t like the way our world or whole existence seems to work"

"Everyti you talk and share a piece of information with us, the more we seem to be losing our freedom at every turn and the more we find out that the weak are more fortunate than us " Ikenga at this point was almost screaming.

Nana clenched her fist " I fully understand your frustration son, but you have to see things from bigger perspective"

"You think, the rules surrounding you origin is suffocating wait until you grow to my level or higher you would realize how free you currently are"

Nana took a deep breath before looking at everyone "I want you all to be honest with , did you or did you not think of wiping out the humans or at least bringing down their whole percentage when you I shared about the second choice to you"

The gods all looked away even Ikenga, he was leaning more on bringing down the percentage where their vote will hold no leverage or power but that doesn’t change the fact he was thinking about it.

Nana who already know the answer calmly spoke out "Your expression and choices now is why the rule exists, Imagine if none of this rule exists to hold you back, you would randomly wipe out a civilisation just because they irk you in so way"

"I don’t judge you for having such thoughts because it has also crossed my mind, You all have no idea what I am capable of. I can with a snap of finger erase every foreign existence in this planet but because of the rule I can’t"

"Imagine a world where people like or you are able to do whatever we want with nothing holding us, Life all together will cease to exist" Nana said with clear anger.

"Imagine a world where beings like the seven deadly sins are able to act with no rule holding them. Just an avatar of one of the sin without holding back can make a whole universe fall into the sin they represent"

Ikenga hearing that frowned as he sat back down, with his head bowed "I apologize for my outburst mother, I wasn’t thinking clearly of the whole situation"

"I am not angry at you soon because I can understand your frustration," Nana said in a motherly tone.

Nana’s words hung heavy in the air as the gods contemplated the weight of their existence and the consequences of their actions. After a mont of silence, Crepuscular spoke up, his voice carrying a sense of somber realization.

"So, what do we do now?" he asked, his gaze shifting between his fellow gods and Nana.

Nana took a mont to gather her thoughts before responding. "We must tread carefully," she began, her tone grave. "Our actions have far-reaching consequences, not just for us but for all life in our world."

"That ans the demon’s words on the death of all godling races is so that it can influence the humans without interference" Keles spoke up right after.

Nana nodded "You are right about that but you are forgetting sothing, which is that the right the human has will fall into the hands of the godling race in the case sothing happens to the humans and the demon knows that if the right falls to the godling race, it loses it chance at having this world"

"I believe we should stop here in this conversion for now" Jaws said. "Only one of the demons has only shown interest in the second choice for now. The others seem to enjoy the route of all out war"

Crepuscular nodded to his word "I agree with Jaws but we still can’t forget the other demons choice can change depending on the situation, just like how two are now allying with each other"

"I have a question mother, what is the difference between ascended gods and origin gods?" Mahu asked a question all gods are also curious to know.

"Ascended mortal gods are never truly divine, they have divine energy but no divine blood and their godhead and divinity can be taken from them. Origin gods are naturally born gods with divine blood flowing in them from the beginning"

"Also as origin gods you get more powerful as long as your concept is being used or applied in any war or form, that isn’t the case for ascended gods. An example would be Björn who’s divinity falls under war, if he was an origin gods he will be getting more power as longs as there is conflict anywhere in our planet"

"But because he is an ascended god, he doesn’t have that privilege. His na has to be invoked at the beginning of a war before he can derive any power from it as in a way it can be said that the war is waged in his na so he gets faith and worship energy from it"

"You already know about the part of them having no Altar aning they absorb faith energy without it being refined. There is also the privilege you get as origin gods where you know the happenings of our world anyti unlike ascended gods who have to expend a certain amount of energy for that" Nana said with a beautiful smile back on her face.

Ikenga asked "Does this also go for our children who would ascend to godhood?"

Nana shook her head "No my grandchildren have their own advantage. Origin Demigods have divine blood which cos from their lineage so becoming a god makes them truly divine. They can still have their godhead taken from them but unlike mortal gods that lose their divinity completely they still preserve their ascended divinity through their full divine blood only that it will fall to beco a minor divinity which they have to work hard to raise to beco a major divinity"
