*BOOM!
The air detonated. Shockwaves rippled outward in visible rings as the Five-Tails Jinchuriki was hurled backward like a discarded toy. He tumbled across the battlefield, each impact cratering the earth, until he finally crashed to a stop hundreds of ters away.
*"ROOOOAR!"
The beast rose. Its eyes were wild now, pupils dilated, consciousness fully subrged beneath tidal waves of primal rage. This was no longer Gōki the Jinchuriki—this was the Five-Tails wearing a man's skin.
It extended one arm. Then another. Then more—chakra arms manifesting from its back, each one wreathed in scorching energy, each one powerful enough to pulverize mountains. They shot through the air like missiles, reaching for the floating figure that dared to oppose it.
Ragnar observed the assault with the calm detachnt of a scientist studying a specin. He raised one palm.
*FWOOOSH!
Invisible repulsion t the chakra arms head-on. They flattened against the barrier, straining, pushing—and then were hurled back, just as the beast itself had been.
But the Five-Tails had adapted. Instead of extending its arms further, it jumped.
The creature launched itself into the air—a feat most Tailed Beasts could not accomplish. But the Five-Tails was different. From every pore of its Tailed Beast cloak, white steam erupted in continuous jets. Boil Release: Steam Armor. Gōki's bloodline limit, now amplified by the beast's limitless chakra, transford the creature into a living rocket.
*WOOOOSH! The sound was like a train whistle magnified a thousand tis. The Five-Tails shot through the air, one massive fist pulled back, steam and chakra and pure destructive intent concentrated at its center.
A direct blow from that fist would crush anything. Mountains. Armies. Perhaps even gods.
Ragnar did not retreat. He did not brace. He simply extended his hand and spoke two words:
*"Gravity Null."
Purple light flared from his palm—and then enveloped the charging beast.
And suddenly, the Five-Tails had no weight.
No gravity. No downward pull. No source of power.
It hung in the air, limbs flailing uselessly, its montum arrested not by force but by the absence of it. The steam jets still fired, but without gravity to push against, they simply propelled the creature in random, uncontrolled spirals.
*"Roooar…?" The sound was confused now. Afraid.
For the first ti since its transformation, the beast felt sothing it had not experienced in centuries: helplessness.
Gravity was not rely a force. It was a law—the fundantal rule that bound all things to the earth, that gave weight to matter and aning to movent. And before Ragnar, that law was not absolute. It was rely… suggestions.
He was not fighting the Five-Tails. He was editing the rules of reality.
The watching armies stared in disbelief.
"A Tailed Beast… he's just… holding it in the air like a toy?"
"It can't move! It literally CAN'T MOVE!"
"What kind of power IS that?!"
Nōhei's face had gone completely white. The Jinchuriki—Iwa's ultimate weapon, their trump card, their hope—was helpless. Floating. Pathetic.
"Impossible," he whispered. "Impossible impossible impossible…"
Ragnar looked at the struggling beast with sothing almost like pity.
"You are powerful," he acknowledged. "But power without understanding is just chaos."
His hand closed into a fist.
*"Gravity Crush. Thirty-fold."
The change was instantaneous. The Five-Tails, which had been weightless a mont before, suddenly weighed thirty tis its already considerable mass. It plumted from the sky like a teor, slamming into the earth with such force that the ground buckled for kiloters in every direction.
*CRAAAAAACK!
The crater was enormous—a wound in the earth's surface that would remain for generations. At its center, the Five-Tails lay pinned, struggling to rise, to move, to breathe under the impossible weight pressing down upon it.
It rose to its knees. Slamd down. Rose again. Slamd again.
Over and over, the beast fought against the invisible mountain crushing it. And over and over, it lost.
The watching ninja could only stare in horror and awe.
On the hilltop, even Madara's composure had shifted.
"This Jinchuriki is pathetic," White Zetsu snickered. "Madara-sama, are all Tailed Beasts this weak?"
"Fool." Madara's voice was cold. "The Jinchuriki is the limitation, not the beast. Gōki was never a perfect vessel. And the Rakshasa…" His ancient eyes tracked the floating figure with predatory focus. "He is stronger than before. Much stronger."
"Madara-sama," Black Zetsu ventured carefully, "if this continues, the Jinchuriki will fall. The battle will end."
Madara's lips curved into a smile that did not reach his eyes.
"End? No, Zetsu. The end is not yet written." He paused. "I have prepared a gift for the Rakshasa. I hope he appreciates it."
Black Zetsu said nothing. He had learned long ago not to question Uchiha Madara's plans.
Below, the Five-Tails was changing again.
*"ROOOOAR!" The roar was different now—desperate, furious, primal. Scarlet chakra erupted from its body in waves, and with each wave, the creature grew. Its form expanded, human features dissolving entirely. On its head, two massive horns began to erge—the true horns of the Five-Tails, weapons that legend said had once impaled the Eight-Tails itself.
The gravity field strained. Cracks appeared in the air—literal fractures in space where the beast's power pushed against the laws Ragnar had imposed.
And then the Five-Tails moved.
With a sound like reality tearing, it drove its horns upward, piercing the gravity field, creating an opening. Through that opening, it lunged, mouth already forming a Tailed Beast Bomb—faster than before, more desperate, more absolute.
The sphere of black and blue energy shot forward.
Ragnar did not dodge. He extended his palm, and purple light flared.
*"Repulsion."
The Tailed Beast Bomb t the invisible wall and stopped. For a heartbeat, it hung there, compressing against the barrier, its destructive potential contained by nothing but will.
Then Ragnar's hand moved—a flick of the wrist, casual as waving away smoke.
And the Tailed Beast Bomb reversed course, shooting back along its original path.
The Five-Tails had no ti to dodge. No ti to react. The bomb struck it head-on and detonated.
*BOOOOOOM!
