"Kai! Who are you?! Are you a spy for the holy order?!" Rick asked, clutching the bleeding stump of an arm.
"Rick, be careful, this guy is dangerous!" Carlos pointed his glaive at Kai, and had sweat dripping down his face.
"The holy order?" Kai asked. "The fuck is that?"
Rick was shocked to find out that Kai had no idea what he was talking about. "You’re not from the holy order? Then are you a spy for the guildmaster?"
"What? Dude, no. Why are you even asking these questions? Are we not going to fight? Cause I really want to fight you. Well, both of you."
"Liar! Do you take me for a fool? No C-Rank would e between a battle between S-Ranks. Not only are you confident in your strength, but it’s clear that you’re at least a tier-9 warrior! You should be an S-Rank, so you’re clearly here for us!" Rick argued.
"Ahh. Nah, I just heard your conversation with that assassin in the forest. As for my strength, I’m just this strong. I’m not tied to any organizations, nor am I after you." Kai admitted.
"W-What?!"
Carlos shook his head. "Fucking careless bastard."
"So now that our introductions are out of the way, it’s time to die." Kai rushed in with a wide smile on his face.
"Watch my back!’ Carlos shouted to Rick.
"Got it!"
Carlos planted his foot onto the ground hard and thrusted his weapon toward Kai. "Glaive Jab!"
A beam of red energy flew past Kai’s head as he moved out of the way. He threw his blade at Carlos, the bandit raising his glaive to deflect the attack, but it wrapped around his weapon instead.
"Ha, I have your weapon. Get him, Rick!"
Ricked rushed at Kai, but his legs and other arm were cut off easily.
"Aghhhh!!"
"Stay put, I’ll be handing you over to the Guildmaster. Now, as for you," A sinister grin crept onto his face. "I’m allowed to take your head."
Kai yanked his chain, which pulled Carlos toward him, the delivered the meanest spin kick to the man’s face.
Carlos crashed into the ground but got up quickly. He picked up his glaive and rushed back toward Kai, jumping in the air to e back down with a powerful attack.
"You’re fucking dead, kid! You’ll rue the day you messed with Carlos the Jabber!" He slammed his glaive onto Kai’s blades, hoping to break through his defenses, but it was for naught.
Kai was too strong, and he was easily able to withstand Carlos’s power.
"I’m ’bout to hit you with the meanest bo yet!" Kai slashed Carlos’s chest diagonally upward with his right hand, ing back diagonally down with the same hand. He stabbed his left blade in Carlos’s face, followed by the right blade. He kicked him away, but because of the chains on his blades, Carlos stopped midair, and Kai pulled him back toward himself. He followed this up by kicking his blades deeper into Carlos’s face, then grabbed his head and slammed it onto the ground, killing him.
"I call that a Fatal Blow, heh."
"Arhgh! Y-You bastard!" Rick groaned in pain.
"Pwahaha, you look like a limbless penguin."
"Fuck you!"
"I bet you want to, but I don’t swing that way, sorry."
Kai knocked Rick out, healed him so he wouldn’t die, then turned his attention to Sasha and Stacey.
"Hello, beautiful." Kai smiled.
"D-Did you kill him?" She asked, visibly shaken
"Nah, he’s still alive. Gonna turn him in to the authorities, or the guildmaster. She’ll probably kill him, though. Oh, but if you’re talking about Carlos, yeah, he’s dead."
Tears started running down her face as she clutched her only surviving friend. "Thank you! Thank you so much. If you hadn’t e, we would have been dead. I can’t thank you enough."
’Oh, but you can! With that hot body of yours!’ Kai licked his lips. ’Wait, this is horrible. Messing with a woman during her lowest point. I’d be nothing more than scum. It’s a good thing I already am scum. But no, I wont take advantage of her mental state.’
"Don’t worry. I’m just glad that you’re okay. What happened today was a traumatic experience, and you should probably get some rest. I’ll finish looking around this place before we leave. It seems like the A-Ranks have finished their battle as well."
Stacey nodded, sniffling as she did.
"Oh, and dear, one last thing."
"Y-Yes?"
He hypnotized her. Even easing her mind while he was at it.
’Fuck! I couldn’t help myself. Hypnosis is ingrained in me at this point. Wait, is my hypnosis taking over my body? My being? Am I being hypnosis? Am I being...HYPNO?! Nah, I’m kidding. I’ll never pass over an easy girl to fuck. Why? Because why the fuck not, that’s why.’
Kai placed Stacey and Sasha in his pocket dimension and then took a look around the Bandit Stronghold.
During this time, he met back up with Amaya and Gwen, and the three of them, alongside the A-Ranks, looked around and took anything of importance, valuable items, and things that looked cool.
The B and C-ranks cleaned up the place, placing all the dead bodies in a pile so they could burn them.
"Psst, Kai, over here." Amaya waved him over.
Kai looked left, then right, then ran over to her. "What’s up?" He asked, leaning over her shoulder.
She opened a chest that contained a shit ton of gold and another one that had a shit ton of gemstones.
"Wanna take it?" She grinned.
"Hell yeah!" Kai quickly placed both chests in his inventory before anyone could see what he was doing.
Gwen placed her hands on her hips and shook her head. "Really, you two? Don’t we have enough money as it is?"
Kai placed his hand on her shoulder, his face full of pity and sorrow. "Gwen, there is no such thing as having enough or too much money. I’m sorry you weren’t able to learn that from your family because of the way you were raised."
"What?! Are you calling me stupid?!"
"No, of course not! Just educationally challenged."
"I’ll fucking kill you!"
"AHH! I’m sorry! It was a joke! AHHHH!"
