Kai was flung into the other side of the room, crashing into the wall, which created a small crater from the impact. He didn’t let that slow him down as the moment he connected with the wall, he threw his blades into Dante’s shoulders, pulling the vampire into the air, and blasted him with his heat vision.
"Haha! An amazing ability! You’re making my blood boil in excitement!" Dante yelled as he transformed into dozens of bats.
Kai followed him, flying around the room while shooting his laser vision to kill all of the bats, hoping it would kill Dante.
But the vampire was quick. The bats split off into multiple directions, giving Kai multiple targets. Then, in his blind spot, the bats reemerged behind Kai, and Dante appeared, wrapping a blood whip around his neck, slamming him into the ground.
Forming a blood spear, Dante aimed it at Kai’s throat, but Kai quickly launched himself backward, kicking the vampire in the gut while doing a flip to land back on his feet.
He then teleported behind Dante and blasted him with a fireball.
’Let’s get creative.’ Kai clasped his hands, and hundreds of water balls pooled into the air. Then, they started crackling with lightning, and their shapes turned into needles.
’Because of my X-Ray vision, I can see the path of mana in his body. If I can block those paths, his mana should stop working.’ Extending his hand forward, the electrified water needles flew toward Dante.
"Your skills are most impressive! I haven’t had a battle this amazing in decades!" Dante avoided the needles, dodging when he needed and blocking them with his blood spear when they came too close.
Kai’s blade slammed into the ground behind Dante, but he morphed into bats to avoid the attack.
"Oh no, you don’t!" A large gust of wind blew the bats into the wall, forcing Dante to shift back into his humanoid state, and Kai threw his other blade into the man’s shoulder, whipping the chain while sending an electrical current through it.
"AGGHHHHGH!!!" Dante screamed as he was being electrocuted.
"I got you now!" An earth blade formed in his hand, bursting with flames so hot the rock started to bee molten. Right as Kai flew in to stab the vampire in the heart, a hand stopped him.
"What?!"
"Hahahaha! Do you think I’d fall that easily?!" Blood exploded from the vampire, knocking Kai away. The moment Kai hit the ground, Dante swooped in and grabbed him by the hair, punching Kai in the face, then kneeing him in the stomach.
The dragon blade whipped back around to stab Dante in the back, but he felt it ing, dodging at the last moment, protracting his claws, slashing Kai across the chest.
"Aghh! Fuck that hurts!" His body started healing automatically.
"High speed regeneration? You have an ability similar to vampires. I wonder...."
"You wonder nothing!" All five basic elements gathered around Kai in the form of a sphere. He then condensed it into the palm of his hands then fired it as a beam toward Dante.
"Haha! Interesting spell! I’ll counter with something of my own!" Dante held up his index and middle fingers, and blood spiraled from the tips. He then launched that spiraling blood beam toward Kai’s elemental beam.
"F-Fuck! A beam struggle! And I’m on the receiving end of it!" Kai started losing ground, and he needed to act fast!
’Wait! I have clones!’ Five clones of Kai appeared out of thin air and started attacking Dante.
"Clones? I can do that too!" Blood from the battlefield rose into the air, transforming into more Dante’s with the same strength as the original.
"You gotta be kidding me!" Kai created more clones, but each time, Dante countered with more clones of his own.
’This guy is really fucking strong! This is why I want to be OP so I don’t struggle like this! Fuckkkkkkk!’ Kai’s eyes started heating up with his laser vision. They glowed so bright that it lit up the entire room.
"DIE!" He fired the beam with everything he had, tearing through Dante’s blood beam.
But the vampire just smiled. Snapping his fingers, a magic circle appeared, taking the full force of the laser vision, rendering it harmless.
"This was fun, but now, let’s end this." The magic circle changed its axis, going from vertical to horizontal. Then, a trident slowly descended from the circle.
Kai had no idea what was happening, but he had a really, really bad feeling. So, before anything happened, he increased the protection aura he had around his girls, added it to everyone there, created small but strong barriers around everyone, and cast a healing spell that would constantly heal people at a rapid pace.
At the exact same time, Dante grabbed the trident, injecting his power into it. Then, with a slashing motion, a magic circle appeared around everyone, and the blood in their bodies exploded.
"Arghhhh!!"
"My legs!"
"I cant see!"
"H-Help!"
Thanks to Kai protecting everyone at the last second, no one died, but everyone still suffered injuries. Thankfully, with all the protection he put on his girls, they were all okay with no injuries.
"Kai! Behind you!" Kassandra shouted
"Huh?!"
Dante came from behind Kai, his trident ready to pierce him, but Kassandra, who saw everything, acted quickly.
"Void Slicer!" She shouted, and a purple and black energy sliced at Dante’s arm. It didn’t cut it off, but it did make him bleed.
"Hmm? Smace magic? Impressive. That’s a rare ability, and very powerful." Dante turned his attention to Kassandra, licking his lips in anticipation.
’Think Kai! What can I do? Wait! The fucking sword! It’s meant to kill demons, right?’
Kai wasted no time and drew the hero’s sword. It’s light radiated the place, healing everyone, and purging the black mana that Dante used.
"EEEEEEEKKKK! That light! Argh! That disgusting light! Get it away from me!" Danta squealed.
"You’re fucking dead!" Kai created four cones to keep Dante in place. Then, he raised the sword in the air and swung down.
A massive beam of light pletely eradicated the vampire and everything that was connected to him. By the time the light finished shining, Dante was gone.
"Bitch." Kai collapsed to the ground, feeling tired for the first time since he arrived in the world.
"YOU’RE THE FUCKING HERO?!" Kassandra asked, staring at Kai with wide eyes.
Gwen laughed. "Ha, busted!"
