After the eting, everyone left, but Zane kept two people behind.

Victor and Martha.

"Martha, you need to handle the financial handover in the coming days. At the group eting next week, I will formally appoint you as the Chief Financial Officer of the parent company, Golden Sunrise Entertainnt Group," Zane said solemnly.

"Understood, boss," Martha replied simply, though a trace of excitent was evident in her voice.

She was a graduate of the prestigious Princeton University, but by a twist of fate, she had ended up in a career in Hollywood. For many years, she had drifted along, never imagining that in her middle age, she would achieve the position she held today.

Zane smiled and said, "Martha, after you leave the subsidiary Blackwood Pictures, do you have anyone to recomnd for the new head of the Blackwood Pictures Finance Departnt?"

Recomndation systems had existed since ancient tis.

They had both disadvantages and advantages!

Of course, just because Martha recomnded a candidate didn't an Zane had to accept it, but it was an important reference.

Hearing this, Zane didn't answer directly but smiled mysteriously.

"You said you're from a headhunting company, representing the boss of Blackwood Pictures, here for , Kevin Feige?"

Kevin Feige, 24 years old, looked very confused and shocked.

"Then Mr. Blackwood told that you, Kevin Feige, are an avid Marvel comics fan. You took the job as an assistant to producer Lauren Shuler Donner precisely to learn film production experience to prepare for future Marvel comic book adaptations."

The two staff mbers at the front desk couldn't contain the shock and joy in their hearts.

Company rgers might not be a happy event for so senior executives.

After all, no one liked having an extra layer of authority above them.

However, for ordinary employees, they were happy to see the company consolidate and grow. It ant broader promotion channels and potentially higher salaries in the future.

"Okay!" Alexander, the Director of Channel Operations who happened to be passing by, couldn't help but nod and smile.

"Boss, our animation studio should have a proper na now!"

Everyone began talking excitedly.

Stephen nodded and smiled. "You're right. Our animation studio will be officially nad Water World Animation Studio!"

When Jas, the store manager, inford all the employees of the SpongeBob SquarePants rchandise chain about the Golden Sunrise Entertainnt Group, they were completely thrilled.

"Manager, you an we might be able to transfer to other jobs in the future, not just be sales staff?" a female employee asked excitedly.

"That's right!" Jas nodded and said loudly, "As long as your work performance is good and you have the ability to take on other positions, you could be transferred to the UPN television network or Blackwood Pictures. And of course, don't forget, Charlize Theron, who started in our store, is now a big Hollywood star. If you love acting, it's not impossible for you to beco an actor too!"
