(Summary: The reason Kang Changho decided to turn himself in was because the victim's response caused his cri to unexpectedly remain an attempted offense.
On the afternoon of the 16th, Kim Giryeo (25) spotted Kang arriving in front of his house and imdiately moved away to prevent further disturbance to the neighbors.
Kang Changho (32) explained that he tried his best to resolve the situation through conversation, but when normal negotiations failed, he ultimately resorted to using force to subdue the other party.
Clashes between awakened individuals often easily lead to serious injuries, even when fighting barhanded. However, Hunter Kim reportedly managed to maintain a stalemate for about 10 minutes without sustaining significant injuries while calming down the visiting industry mber.

So if Kang was frustrated because things didn't go his way and he held a grudge, then why did he decide to turn himself in?

« Re: I'm not sure what personal issues triggered all this, but Kang Hunter must have put up with at least two or three days of hell because of it. Still, seeing that he helped out in the dungeon, it seems the rumors about that blond guy's character being sothing special might be true. They say there's a thin line between a good person and a pushover, but either way, the rest to whether you have power or not.

By law, there are no specific penalties for simple assault attempts. The reason Hunter Kang voluntarily appeared at the police station this ti is because of the assault incident involving Jung Haseong at the sand training ground.
However, I live near the Gangnam Police Station, and from what I've heard, the matter has been peacefully settled, so it's likely the case will be closed without charges.

They say modern humans on Earth these days have beco seriously addicted to dopamine due to the developnt of dia. So, assuming there's a mammal with a decreased attention span in front of us, here's a summary of what the other party claid across various dia outlets.
South Korea's third-rank S-rank and fourth-rank S-rank hunters clashed recently—and the third one got thoroughly defeated! On top of that, the fourth-ranked Hunter, who demonstrated impressive skill, even went so far as to generously rescue the assailant from inside a gate...
"Are you crazy?"
Anyway, aside from the fact that I ended up taking the tap hit in that EX-rank gate, none of what they're saying is true. Because of the outrageous lies Kang Changho spouted without hesitation, I've suddenly beco misunderstood as so kind of hunter with the strength to overpower even other S-ranks.
[Kang: What's the problem?]
But this Earth-type psychopath ca out as the opposite of the right person when questioned.
[Kang: Hunter Kim Giryeo. As you know, there has been a lot of turmoil between us these past few hours. But even if we sohow overlook the assault...]
[Kang: Holding soone against their will could land you in prison. The cri of unlawful detention or confinent carries no option for a fine.]
[Kang: And besides, how on earth are we supposed to explain to the world an incident tangled up with Justitia and the Knights' Oath in the first place?]

[Kang: That's why I left a ssage earlier this morning when I left the hospital. I clearly said I wanted to handle the police and the dia from my side, and you definitely agreed to that, didn't you?]

Kang Changho sent the next text ssage without paying attention to my argunt.

The conversation continued for several more minutes afterward, but nothing really changed. As Kang Changho said, there were only limited ways to cover up a series of cris like terrorism, kidnapping, and death threats.

Moreover, he even issued a secret warning that if this matter isn't properly covered up, the recently well-settled contract would beco interesting again...
A brief silence fell. But no matter how much I thought about it, there was no answer. So I just ended the call roughly and soon flipped my phone face down on the corner of the bed.
