Once I swung open my bedroom door, I was t with an unexpected collision. Tiffany was standing right there in the doorway, and we both stumbled back in shock.

"And you don't mind it?" she asked, clearly trying to wrap her head around the situation.
Celia just shrugged, oozing confidence.
"I've lived with him since I was little, so I'm used to all of his antics," she replied with a nonchalant grin.
Hearing her response, I couldn't help but feel the need to defend myself. I poked my head out of the bathroom, giving her my best annoyed face.
"Hey! I heard that!" I complained. "Don't tarnish my reputation! It's bad enough as it is!" I added before retreating back into the bathroom and closing the door behind .
From the other side, I could hear Tiffany let out a small giggle.
"You guys are sothing else," she remarked.
Celia chuckled as well.
"Oh, you have no idea," she teased. "Living with this guy is like having a never-ending adventure," she said.
I rolled my eyes, knowing full well that Celia was exaggerating for effect. But I decided to ignore it.
The sound of running water drowned out the conversation outside the bathroom. It was probably for the best. I needed a mont to collect my thoughts after that embarrassing encounter.
Once I was done, I stepped out of the shower and grabbed a fluffy towel to dry myself off.
With a snap of my fingers, a dark aura enveloped my body. In an instant, I was clothed in a simple yet stylish shirt and jeans. It was a perfect outfit for a day at the the park—or anywhere else, for that matter—because let's face it, my fashion sense still sucked.
"I'm ready!" I proudly announced as I stepped out of the bathroom.
A sheepish grin lingered on my lips, but my spirits were high. I was determined to put that awkward encounter behind and focus on enjoying our day at the the park.
However, when I erged from the bathroom, I was t with a sight that took by surprise. Instead of Tiffany and Celia, it was Ruby who greeted .
"Ruby, what are you doing here?" I asked.
She gave a glare, her expression bordering on disappointnt.
"And why are you wearing clothes? You should be out of the bathroom naked!" she complained, sounding a bit like a mischievous pixie.
I looked at Ruby.
Was it possible that she ca because she heard Tiffany's scream?
After all, Ruby was one of Mrs. Clea's trusted hunters, and if sothing happened, she might have sent Ruby to check on us.
