Economic developnt must prioritize environntal protection first!
It was precisely because the paper mill failed to et environntal standards that it was shut down. However, the sudden unemploynt of so many workers beca a significant issue.
In theory, the company has already provided these workers with financial compensation after the mill's closure, and they shouldn't be causing any more trouble.
But, the compensation was too little and barely made a difference, so these workers staged a sit-in at the county governnt, demanding jobs, which gave County Magistrate Zhang a headache.
After reaching a verbal agreent with Lin Hao, County Magistrate Zhang inford the paper mill workers about it.
However, they thought it was just an excuse by the county governnt to fool them, so they returned to stage a sit-in, prompting Zhang Bo to seek help from Lin Hao.
"Workers of the paper mill, this is Lin Hao, Executive Deputy County Magistrate of Wucheng County, and this is President Yu from Wucheng County Chuangbo Co., Ltd. They are here today to offer employnt solutions for you," Zhang Bo announced loudly.
Upon hearing that County Magistrate Lin was indeed here, the workers sitting on the ground were imdiately abuzz and quickly got up from the ground.
"County Magistrate Lin, are you really here to hire us?" one worker asked.
"Friends, I am Lin Hao, Executive Deputy County Magistrate of Wucheng County. As you may already know, Red Era Group's new energy battery project has been established in our county. The energy battery industry chain involves many enterprises which can provide a lot of job opportunities…"
Lin Hao stepped forward and said loudly, "However, companies also hire based on rit. Workers who are not diligent, proactive, or hardworking will not be desired by companies…"
"County Magistrate Lin, we have elderly and young to care for, and heavy family burdens. As long as there's a company willing to take us, we will definitely work hard and diligently," a young man shouted.

"I want to sign up… I want to sign up…" the crowd raised their hands in eagerness, and the scene beca lively.
"How about this, if everyone is willing to join President Yu's company, let's hold a eting in the conference room. How do you all feel about that?" Lin Hao asked loudly.
"Sure, let's go to the conference room." The crowd agreed wholeheartedly.
Zhang Bo was always worried that these people blocking the entrance would affect the image of the county party and governnt. If word reached the city, it wouldn't look good.
Now that Lin Hao had directed all the workers to the conference room, Zhang Bo sighed in relief.
Watching the workers leave with Yu Peishan and Xia Jingjing, Zhang Bo was overjoyed and gratefully said, "County Magistrate Lin, thank you so much!"
"As you said, this is mutual benefit. Don't forget our agreent," Lin Hao reminded with a smile.
"Don't worry, I'll give you an extra… an extra hundred acres!" County Magistrate Zhang gritted his teeth and decided to loan an additional hundred acres of land quota to him.
"Thank you, County Magistrate Zhang." Lin Hao smiled happily.
"County Magistrate Lin, let's go to my office for so tea." Zhang Bo invited, pulling him along for tea.
It made sense, whether it was recruitnt or interviews, it didn't seem to have much to do with Lin Hao; it was better to go to Zhang Bo's office to discuss the state-owned construction land quotas.
Zhang Bo is the county magistrate of Dushan County, higher in rank than Lin Hao and with much more power, especially in governnt affairs. He has significant influence in Dushan County.
Of course, Zhang Bo was not arbitrary. He inford Secretary Tian of the workers' situation and of the decision to lend an additional hundred acres.
"County Magistrate Zhang, since County Magistrate Lin has helped us solve such a big problem, lending him an extra hundred acres is fine. We just hope he can provide more job opportunities for our county," Secretary Tian agreed readily.
"Now that the new energy industry chain in Wucheng County is starting up, many companies need workers. I'll suggest to him that he should be able to help us with more positions," Zhang Bo responded with a smile.
"County Magistrate Zhang, you should host County Magistrate Lin, build a good relationship with him. We might need his help more in the future," Secretary Tian instructed.
"Okay, then I'll invite him for lunch. Would you like to join us?" Zhang Bo proposed.
"I won't co. You two have known each other for a long ti; without , things might be easier to discuss," Secretary Tian was candid.
"Okay, I know what to do." Zhang Bo replied.
In truth, Secretary Tian was shrewd, knowing that Wucheng County's new energy project required a large workforce.
Dushan County is only a half-hour drive from Wucheng County, so it can help solve a lot of redundant labor issues in Dushan County. However, this relationship needed Zhang Bo to navigate.
As the saying goes, you owe favors to those who treat you, and those who give you things.
Therefore, Secretary Tian instructed Zhang Bo to invite Lin Hao for a al. Of course, after the al, a small gift of local specialties would be prepared for County Magistrate Lin, representing the hospitality of the people of Dushan County.
Only this way would County Magistrate Lin be willing to provide more job opportunities for them.
On the other side, Yu Peishan and Xia Jingjing successfully completed an internal recruitnt event in the county governnt's conference room of Dushan County, with the help of governnt staff.
This ti, they helped Dushan County solve the employnt problem for over a hundred people from the paper mill. However, there are still over three hundred unemployed workers from the paper mill, so they still need Lin Hao to help them secure more employnt opportunities.

Zhang Bo was concerned that Lin Hao might not be able to solve the entire labor issue, which prompted the question. Hearing his confident response left him delighted.
