She wanted to comfort Mr. Yan with a few words, but felt that he didn’t want the other four passengers nearby to know that he had taken action, so she could only keep quiet. However, she wondered, why did Mr. Yan’s words sound so much like what Changtian had said?

Deng Hao also noticed sothing off about the giant bear. With his rich combat experience, he quickly guessed the situation and shouted, "This Bear Demon has gone mad; everyone attack with full force, it can no longer understand human speech!"

"I’ll lure the enemy. Old Zheng, Aer, go for its injuries," Deng Hao issued a string of commands, "Whistle, find its flaw and try to give it so heavy hits!" The people he called out did not respond, but instead silently and swiftly moved to their positions. The Bear Demon warily looked towards Old Zheng and Aer, who were too close to its back right side, instinctively sensing a threat.

"Stupid bear, look here!" Deng Hao let out a tily roar, successfully drawing the Bear Demon’s attention. Though he was tall, standing next to the giant bear, he looked like a re child in size.

The bear’s small bloodshot eyes repeated the old trick, swinging its paw towards his head. The bear’s palm strike was simple and unadorned, but quick and fierce, carrying a heavy wind sound, with sharp claws gleaming, looking quite formidable.

It seed if the strike landed, Deng Hao would have been on his way to chase after his distant relatives on Huangquan Road. Zhang Sheng couldn’t help but shout out in alarm, his handso face losing color, closing his eyes and no longer daring to watch. However, Lady Cui Yingying, although also frightened and sweating, remained silent. Ning Xiaoxian knew that Deng Hao was not going down without a fight, her heart was not afraid; instead, she widened her eyes, secretly admiring, "How much effort did Cui Yingying have to put in to find such an exceptional man?"

With a low growl from Deng Hao, the muscles in his body suddenly swelled, making his figure even more formidable than before. He did not retreat but advanced, raising the giant axe in his hand and chopping at the Bear Demon. At this mont, even Ning Xiaoxian held her breath.

The Bear Demon’s paw hit the blade of the axe squarely without any fanciness. However, rather than contesting brute force with the Bear Demon as everyone expected, Deng Hao slightly tilted the axe, deflecting most of the impact. Taking advantage of the Bear Demon’s giant strength, he spun around and slashed the axe onto the Bear Demon’s forearm! This took the Bear Demon by surprise.

The creature’s flesh was extrely thick; despite the deep cut that reached bone, the bear’s arm was not severed. The Bear Demon howled in pain, swinging another paw at him. Deng Hao, however, did not confront the strike and retreated early.

Old Zheng, who had lost a bet to Ning Xiaoxian, and his companion Aer, had taken the opportunity to approach the Bear Demon from behind. The two worked in silent agreent, targeting the bear’s legs, determined to salt the wounds - no, to inflict deeper cuts with their swords.

Perhaps it was the injury on the back leg that hurt more, the Bear Demon abandoned Deng Hao and turned to find trouble with those two, revealing a flaw by its ribs as it twisted body due to the leg injury.

The sentry known as "Whistle," who had been biding his ti, finally saw his chance and would not let it pass.

Ning Xiaoxian only saw a blur before Whistle had closed in on the demon, suddenly brandishing a pair of Daggers. Before the Bear Demon could react, he lunged forward and effortlessly embedded the double daggers into the Bear Demon’s ribs!

"This sentry’s footwork and hand technique are passable," Changtian, who was always harsh when evaluating others, said, "You often use Daggers, and you could learn a lot by observing his combat style." Ning Xiaoxian was a girl who likely wouldn’t use heavy weapons like axes or hamrs in the future, so she figured Daggers and Short Swords were more suitable for her.

If it had been a Human taking that hit to the ribs, they might have died on the spot. But the Bear Demon’s body was broad, and the Daggers were too short to reach its vital organs, so its roar was still full of vitality.

After several severe injuries, the Bear Demon felt overwheld. It banged the ground heavily a few tis, and suddenly, its body emitted a burst of yellow light, followed by a sound of rattling bones.

The yellow light ca quickly and faded just as swiftly. When the light dissipated, the Bear Demon was covered in a layer of deep red armor. This armor, ford from red soil, seed exceedingly hard, with tortoiseshell pattern cracks on it.

The demon had finally recalled its Lifebound Secret Technique.

Deng Hao roared in anger, "Damn it, it’s the Earth Armor Technique!" The Bear Demon’s hide was already thick, and now with a layer of armor as hard as refined steel, how could it be breached?

He had hoped it wouldn’t use its Lifebound Secret Technique, yet although the bear had gone mad, its instincts were still intact. All he could think about now was, "What to do?" What could he do to quickly bring down the Bear Demon, what could he do to end the battle quickly, and lead everyone to the safety of the giant rocks?

Whistle, without a word, gripped his double daggers tightly. Under the dim light, a flash of Red Light suddenly glinted off the tips of the blades. "Magic Artifact!" Ning Xiaoxian was slightly surprised; the sentry, usually stolid with a wooden face and taciturn, who would have thought he had a pair of Magic Artifacts hidden on him. But the pair of Daggers in his hands didn’t look like top-grade items.

Seizing the mont when the Bear Demon turned around, he suddenly leaped behind the demon, thrusting the double daggers forward, then, without hesitation or looking back, abandoned the Daggers and dashed away.

Already extrely fast, he now ran with all his might, like a wisp of smoke, instantly putting a distance of more than ten yards between himself and the Bear Demon.

He had to flee because that strike was indeed too brazen, too dazzling.
