Here is a tally of the harvest:
Willpower, increased by three points; ntal Fortitude, increased by one point.
Base Points, ten; Extra Base Points reward.
Special Points, eight.
Unknown Team Training Package, two; Unknown Special Skill Package, one; Designated Special Skill Package, one; Ho Field Special Skill Package, one.
One hidden attribute unlocked.
Interdiate offline video-watching function, with regular summaries.
This was the entire harvest from one single ga. Even with so ntal preparation, Lu Ke was still surprised and overjoyed after tallying everything. He couldn't help but rub his hands together, ready to improve his skills.
First, the direct gains for specific technical attributes. His Willpower went from 83 to 86, and his ntal Fortitude went from 85 to 86. Evidently, these two attributes could now be considered among Lu Ke's top strengths.
Next was the Extra Base Points reward. This was a reward that had appeared once before. A wheel would appear in his mind with five options, and based on the result, today's base point reward would be added. However, today's options were different from last ti: "0%, 30%, 50%, 70%, 100%."
Having experienced it once before, Lu Ke was well-versed and spun the wheel directly. The pointer landed on the "70%" option. This was better luck than last ti, and Lu Ke's face showed his surprise. It seed his luck today was not only positive but the value was quite good.
But that didn't make sense, did it? He had experienced hypothermia symptoms during the ga today. Wasn't that a sign of bad luck?
After the ga, even though it was already close to midnight, the team doctor, Walter, perford a basic checkup on Lu Ke, confird there were no serious issues, and didn't proceed with a more in-depth examination. Instead, he told Lu Ke to go to the team's official partner hospital the next morning for a thorough and detailed checkup. After all, the ho stadiums of playoff regulars like the Green Bay Packers, the New England Patriots, and the Pittsburgh Steelers were all covered in snow and ice in January and February. This ant that the weather conditions would only get worse then, and they had to confirm Lu Ke's physical condition.
In any case, it seed that his luck was pretty good today. With the 70% addition, he gained an extra seven base points, bringing his total base points for today to 17.
Next was the Interdiate offline video-watching function. This was undoubtedly one of the skills Lu Ke was most looking forward to. Not only because it was a cheat but also because it was an irreplaceable supplent for a rookie player. Especially since Lu Ke was almost four years behind in his college career, he needed to catch up even more.
From a functional perspective, it couldn't directly affect the outco of a ga, but for a quarterback, especially a smart and tactical one like Lu Ke, its effect was unimaginable. In daily life, quarterbacks need to spend a lot of ti repeatedly watching ga footage, studying the opponent's defensive formations and patterns, and studying the state and habits of key players. There was no room for laziness in this pre-ga preparation, and all of it would be reflected in the defensive reads and tactical arrangents during the ga.
Generally speaking, considering that a quarterback's daily ti is limited, every team would assign dedicated staff mbers. Their job was to repeatedly watch ga footage, make relevant technical statistics, and report back to the coaching staff, which would then be passed on to the players, forming a more efficient delivery chain. But everyone knew that the data and tactics on paper were rigid and not vivid enough. Even with constant explanations in tactical etings, it was still an indirect transfer of information and not as vivid as seeing and analyzing the results for yourself.
In the San Francisco 49ers, Jim Harbaugh was a fanatic. After the regular season started, he spent most of his ti with the team. Even when he went ho, it was probably just to change clothes before rushing back to the team. His main job was to watch ga footage day and night, forgetting to eat and sleep. This season, Harbaugh deserved the most credit for the 49ers' return to the playoffs.
In the ga, all of Lu Ke's tactical arrangents ca from Harbaugh. More importantly, Harbaugh chose to trust Lu Ke, listening to his opinions on in-ga tactical changes and key-mont tactical choices. Maybe Harbaugh wasn't an excellent team manager—his handling of the locker room issues was terrible—but his professional ability was beyond doubt.
Because of this, the beginner-level cheat's effectiveness for Lu Ke was absolutely extraordinary. Now, the beginner-level cheat was finally upgraded to an interdiate-level cheat, and the four-hour offline video-watching ti was directly doubled to eight hours. This ant that Lu Ke's preparation for gas would be more comprehensive, more in-depth, and more detailed. Although these things couldn't be directly converted into on-field strength and ga victories, they were a necessary path for Lu Ke to truly grow into a top quarterback, making up for his lack of experience in college and catching up with other quarterbacks.
Then, one hidden attribute was unlocked. Currently, Lu Ke had two hidden attributes: prediction and luck. For Lu Ke, improving his basic strength was the top priority. Hidden attributes were more like an extra feature, and he hadn't had the ti to truly focus on them. But it was undeniable that in this ga, prediction did play an important role. The interpretation and judgnt during key offensive plays were absolutely irreplaceable.
Today, Lu Ke officially unlocked his third hidden attribute: Charm. After reading the attribute description in detail, Lu Ke showed a playful expression. The so-called charm was slightly different from what he imagined. It was not a tempting aura from hormones, not a leader's power to intimidate teammates, and not a player's personal appeal to attract the audience. It was an influence on opponents on the other side of the field.
For Lu Ke, as a quarterback, his opponents were mainly the defensive line and linebackers. Their pressure on the pocket and their sacks of the quarterback were undoubtedly one of the key parts of the ga. Occasionally, when a window opened, cornerbacks would also join in to sack the quarterback. So, charm was an influence on the defensive line, linebackers, and cornerbacks. The higher the charm value, the more likely the opponent was to make mistakes when defending the quarterback, such as missing tackles, slipping, losing their center of gravity, or being out of position. It might even go further, affecting the matchup between a safety and a wide receiver, leading to a defensive error by the safety. To put it in a joking way, "Too charming to be stopped."
This was a very interesting hidden attribute. Just like luck, it completely fit the essence of "hidden," playing an uncertain role in a passive way. It was just a matter of probability. But from another perspective, it could also be understood as a quarterback's aura and his deterrent power against defensive players. For example, when a defensive player faced Aaron Rodgers, they would naturally beco wary because this was a quarterback who could complete a pass from any position and any angle, and his range was absolutely terrifying. Another example would be when a defensive player faced Michael Vick, the running quarterback's ability to scramble was a ticking ti bomb for the entire defense. This kind of deterrent power could, unintentionally, beco a detail that turned the ga around. It was hard to explain but had enough effect.
His eyes fell on the charm attribute. "70." Although this was not an outstanding score, looking at it from a positive perspective, it was not a bad score either. Not only did it successfully pass the pass mark, but it also entered the 70s. Thinking back, did Lamar Woodley miss that tackle in this week's ga because of his charm?
However, Lu Ke wasn't entirely sure how much effect this hidden attribute could have. Just like luck, he could only explore it slowly in future gas.
Next were the eight special points. His eyes fell on the three hidden attributes, and without any hesitation, Lu Ke chose Prediction. Not only was this hidden attribute one of the most effective skills, but his current prediction score was 92. What did this an? It ant that he was about to have his first perfect score in a technical attribute.
So, without any hesitation, Lu Ke added all the special points to the prediction attribute, waiting for the miraculous mont to be born. But nothing happened. It was all calm, even a bit too ordinary. Not even a ntal storm from adding eight special points at once occurred. This was really strange.
Lu Ke looked carefully. "Prediction: 99." "Special points: 1." He still had one special point that he couldn't add, just one step away from a perfect score. Lu Ke gestured again, but the system didn't react. "Little Seven? What's going on? Did the system crash? Wait, can you even crash? Or is there sothing else wrong here?"
"According to system rules..." Little Seven's voice suddenly ca, cold and professional. "The maximum value of each attribute can only be increased to 99, including both basic and hidden attributes. To break through 99 and reach a perfect score of 100, you need to use Golden Points."
The amount of information was a bit much. Lu Ke didn't answer right away. After a mont to process it, he joked, "Well, I thought the system couldn't be added to and that I would have to rely on my own hard work to reach it. Then I would have to worry about how much training it would take to get a perfect score. That's a little scary."
The joke was t with silence, and it beca a little awkward. "Let get this straight. You an, special points are not the most special, and there are golden points beyond them?"
