In the 15th minute, Chelsea's attack surged forward once again, but this ti they opted for a direct approach through the flank rather than relying on crosses.

Since Eden Hazard's blockbuster transfer to Real Madrid, the creative burden at Chelsea had shifted heavily onto the shoulders of Christian Pulisic.

At just 21 years old, Pulisic commanded a market value of €60 million.

While it paled in comparison to Theodore Bjorn's staggering €110 million, the Arican was undoubtedly a marquee talent.

Leading up to this match, Pulisic had already netted four tis for the Blues.

This ti, the ball found its way to Pulisic's feet on the left wing.

Faced with Matt Targett's intense pressure, the winger executed a blinding series of step-overs, constantly shifting his weight, desperately probing for a sliver of space to exploit.

Finally, Pulisic found his opening.

With a sudden, insolent poke of his right boot, he threaded the ball cleanly through Targett's legs. A humiliating nutg.

The exceptionally talented winger had successfully bypassed the Aston Villa full-back.

Two seconds later, Pulisic was driving into the edge of the Aston Villa penalty area.

Glancing up to assess Tom Heaton's positioning, Pulisic drew back his right foot, preparing to unleash a curling effort toward the far corner.

Just as the Arican locked his ankle to strike, he suddenly felt as if he had been blindsided by a freight train.

"Theodore Bjorn!" Martin Tyler exclaid over the comntary.

"He tracks all the way back and flattens Pulisic!"

"Referee Chris Kavanagh waves play on! A devastating but fair shoulder barge!" Gary Neville added.

Before Pulisic had even hit the turf, Theodore Bjorn had collected the loose ball and was already driving forward at terrifying speed.

On the Chelsea bench, manager Frank Lampard visibly tensed, gripping his tactical notepad.

Leading up to the match, Lampard had spent hours analyzing footage of Theodore Bjorn.

He understood all too well that if the teenager was allowed to orchestrate a transition in open space, the Chelsea defense was about to face a nightmare scenario.

And the nightmare was unfolding precisely as feared.

Although Chelsea's formidable midfield pivot, N'Golo Kanté and Mateo Kovačić, scrambled instantly to close the teenager down, Theodore didn't engage them.

Instead of forcing a dribble against the two elite ball-winners, he released an early, piercing pass through the lines.

The ball was perfectly weighted for his closest ally, Jack Grealish.

Wearing the captain's armband, Grealish took the ball in stride and imdiately charged toward the Chelsea penalty area.

Grealish was brimming with confidence.

Even with the physically imposing Reece Jas barring his path, the Villa captain backed himself to win the duel.

With a heavy touch of his right boot, Grealish hit top speed.

But Reece Jas was a physical specin.

He matched Grealish stride for stride, using his massive fra to shoulder the winger outward, denying him any clear route into the box.

Realizing he couldn't beat the right-back in a pure footrace, Grealish slamd on the brakes.

After the abrupt stop, he executed a vicious, violent chop inside onto his right foot!

The sudden shift in rhythm was too much.

Reece Jas, scrambling to adjust his montum, lost his footing entirely and slipped, tumbling to the turf right in front of Grealish.

"The defender is down!" Tyler roared.

"A golden opportunity for Jack Grealish!"

Sensing the opening, Grealish imdiately opened his hips and unleashed a powerful shot from the edge of the penalty area.

The ball flew toward the top corner like an absolute rocket.

But Kepa Arrizabalaga, the world's most expensive goalkeeper, was equal to it.

Launching himself across the goalmouth, Kepa extended a strong hand, punching the fierce strike away from danger!

"A brilliant strike, but an even better save!" Neville praised. "Kepa keeps Chelsea level!"

In the stands of Stamford Bridge, tens of thousands of Blues fans erupted, chanting their goalkeeper's na in relief.

On the touchline, Frank Lampard let out a massive, audible sigh.

The score remained 0-0.

In the 28th minute, Chelsea began to dial up the pressure, this ti mounting an assault down the right flank through Willian.

At 31 years old, the Brazilian winger had perhaps lost a fraction of his peak pace, but his dribbling remained a lethal weapon in Chelsea's arsenal.

Facing Ahd Elmohamady, Willian went into his signature routine—a rapid flurry of stepovers before suddenly chopping inside and accelerating hard.

Relying on his burst of explosive power, Willian successfully broke past Elmohamady's challenge.

The next mont, he was driving nacingly toward the edge of the Aston Villa penalty area.

At the critical mont, Ezri Konsa stepped out from the defensive line to confront the danger.

Willian shifted the ball quickly onto his left foot, buying himself half a yard of space.

Without hesitation, he unleashed a shot!

Thud!!

The ball smashed flush against the near post and rebounded violently back into play.

Chelsea had co agonizingly close to drawing first blood!

The ricochet spin wildly toward the center of the pitch, where Theodore Bjorn reacted fastest, bringing the ball under control.

Instantly, N'Golo Kanté was on him.

Near the top of the penalty arc, Kanté launched himself into a ferocious sliding tackle, attempting to nip the counter-attack in the bud.

Theodore remained entirely unfazed.

With an impossibly delicate flick of his right boot, he chipped the ball over Kanté's sliding leg, retaining possession.

In the sa fluid motion, Theodore looked up and launched one of his trademark devastating long passes.

Thump!

The ball soared high into the London night sky, bypassing the entire Chelsea midfield.

A few seconds later, the pass dropped perfectly into the path of Wesley.

At that exact mont, Andreas Christensen was the only man left in the Chelsea defensive line. If Wesley could shake off the Danish center-back, he was through on goal.

Receiving the flawless pass, the Brazilian striker didn't hesitate, knocking the ball heavy into the space ahead.

Simultaneously, Wesley dropped his shoulder, engaging in a brutal, physical shoulder-to-shoulder sprint with Christensen.

Christensen held his ground admirably, refusing to be bullied off the ball.

anwhile, Kepa Arrizabalaga had read the danger perfectly. The Spanish keeper sprinted out of his penalty area, charging down the striker to narrow the angle.

Under imnse physical pressure from Christensen, Wesley managed to poke a desperate shot toward goal, but it lacked conviction.

Kepa smothered the attempt, deflecting the ball out for an Aston Villa corner.

"A vital intervention from Kepa!" Tyler announced. "Wesley nearly punished Chelsea on the counter, but he wins a corner for his efforts."

"Aston Villa are incredibly dangerous from set-pieces this season," Neville noted. "Let's see what they can conjure up here."

...

Once again, Jack Grealish jogged over to the corner flag.

Inside the crowded Chelsea penalty area, Theodore Bjorn was subjected to intense, suffocating marking.

Kurt Zouma was touch-tight, but more surprisingly, Tammy Abraham had dropped back into the box specifically to shadow the teenager.

The 195cm striker stood right behind Theodore, ready to contest the aerial duel.

"Theodore, I heard your heading has beco lethal lately," Abraham whispered, leaning into the midfielder.

"Let's see if the rumors are true."

Theodore's expression remained stone-cold. "Then keep your eyes open, Tammy."

Just as the words left his mouth, Grealish whipped a vicious, inswinging delivery toward the near post.

Theodore, who had been lingering near the penalty spot, suddenly exploded toward the front post, his timing absolute perfection.

The mont Theodore arrived, Grealish's delivery dipped perfectly into his path.

Despite Abraham desperately grappling with him from behind, the teenager's elite 100 Heading attribute proved decisive.

Theodore dominated the airspace, winning the initial contact.

With a powerful, twisting backward header, Theodore snapped the ball toward the far corner.

Kepa launched himself, but the placent was flawless.

Thump!!

The ball nestled beautifully into the side netting!

"GOAL!" Tyler roared.

"Theodore Bjorn with a majestic header! Aston Villa strike first from the set-piece!"

"That is his 23rd Premier League goal of the season!" Neville marveled. "Tammy Abraham was draped all over him, but Bjorn still managed to generate incredible power and accuracy."

The Stamford Bridge scoreboard ticked over to 0-1.

Following the goal, Theodore sprinted to the corner flag, throwing his signature left hook into the air.

The small pocket of traveling Villa fans went berserk.

While the Villa players sward their talisman, Abraham stood frozen in the penalty area, staring blankly at the teenager's back.

He had given everything in that duel, using his massive fra to disrupt the jump, but he was still utterly overpowered.

Frank Lampard was furious.

He marched to the edge of his technical area, furiously demanding an imdiate response from his players. He refused to let his team roll over at ho.

The over 40,000 Chelsea fans echoed their manager's fury, roaring their team forward.

The pressure mounted, and in the 33rd minute, the ho side carved out a massive opportunity.

Kanté slipped a pass to Mount in the center circle.

The young midfielder, instantly sward by Hourihane and Nakamba, executed a brilliant, pirouetting turn to escape the double-team.

Rather than looking wide to Willian or Pulisic, Mount identified a gaping hole in the Villa midfield and chose to drive the ball straight down the throat of the defense.

It was the perfect decision.

With Theodore operating higher up the pitch, only John McGinn stood between Mount and the backline.

After driving forward ten yards, Mount calmly opened his hips to play the ball out to Willian on the right flank.

Just as Mount released the pass, McGinn launched himself into a reckless, sliding challenge, scything the Chelsea midfielder to the turf.

The referee blew his whistle instantly and flashed a yellow card.

"McGinn goes into the book in the 34th minute," Tyler noted. "A cynical challenge, and he'll have to walk a tightrope for the rest of the match."

"And it's a dangerous free-kick for Chelsea, roughly 31 ters out," Neville added. "Well within shooting range for the quality they possess."

At the free-kick spot, Willian and Mason Mount stood over the ball, deep in conversation.

Seconds later, as the Aston Villa wall finished setting up, the two Chelsea stars remained hovering.

The referee blew the whistle.

Mount began his run-up, but at the last millisecond, he hurdled the ball—a dummy.

Willian stepped up imdiately behind him and struck the ball with devastating technique.

The strike was subli. It curled around the outside of the Aston Villa wall, dipping viciously as it approached the goal.

Tom Heaton scrambled across his line, but the dip and swerve were simply too much.

The ball crashed into the far corner of the net!

"GOAL!" Tyler shouted.

"Willian produces a mont of absolute magic! Chelsea are level!"

"A sensational free-kick! Stamford Bridge erupts!"

"Chelsea 1-1 Aston Villa!"

The equalizer flooded the ho side with confidence.

In the 40th minute, Mount was the instigator once again.

In midfield, Mount aggressively dispossessed Marvelous Nakamba from behind and imdiately drove toward the Villa penalty area.

This ti, however, Theodore Bjorn's defensive recovery was frighteningly fast.

The teenager materialized directly in Mount's path.

Mount was well aware of Theodore's defensive capabilities.

Unwilling to risk a turnover against the teenager, Mount quickly shifted the ball out to Christian Pulisic on the left flank.

Receiving the pass, Pulisic instantly faced a double-team from McGinn and Targett.

Most wingers would have recycled possession when faced with two defenders.

Pulisic, however, backed his supre dribbling ability.

Brimming with confidence, the 21-year-old Arican drove straight at the two Villa n.

"Pulisic takes them on!" Tyler called.

"A brilliant nutg! He bursts right through the gap!"

"He is tearing them apart! That is shades of Eden Hazard in his pri!" Neville praised.

Having shattered the double-team, Pulisic reached the byline and delivered a pinpoint cross across the face of the goal.

The delivery was flawless, landing perfectly in the stride of Tammy Abraham.

Faced with a golden opportunity against his forr club, Abraham made no mistake.

He opened his body and calmly side-footed the ball past Tom Heaton.

2-1!

Chelsea had completed the turnaround.

Out of respect for the club that helped launch his career, Abraham raised his hands, refusing to celebrate the goal.

"Tammy Abraham strikes against his forr employers! Chelsea lead 2-1!" Tyler announced.

"With five minutes left in the half, the Blues have completely flipped the script!"

"Chelsea truly are Aston Villa's ultimate bogey team."
