Yu Zexiao, sowhat amused, still dialed the number and first called his mom: “Mom, Anning and I want to get the certificate first and have the wedding later. I’ve been really busy with work and don’t have ti to organize a wedding, you see…”

Yu Zexiao nodded, “I’m really swamped with work, and I’m not sure when I’ll have ti. But we’ve been working hard, and maybe there will be kids soon. We can’t have Anning going to get the certificate with a big belly, right?”
Shen Lanxiao didn’t object, while Xia Ziyu imdiately chid in, “Even if you’re getting the certificate, you need to be mindful! Marriage is a lifelong commitnt, you must choose an auspicious date! Do not sneak off to get the certificate without telling us! Check the dates and go on a good day, alright!”
Yu Zexiao and Jian Anning didn’t object to this, both nodded, “We’ll listen to grandma.”
Xia Ziyu was pleased, happily went off to find a calendar, laughing as she said, “You’re alright, but do you rember Mo Family’s grandma? She’s been so mad lately, having palpitations and shortness of breath, can’t sleep well at all. They say her grandson’s in love with a questionable woman.”
