Jiaojiao woke up from her nap; it was already past three in the afternoon. She yawned, got out of bed, and went to the bathroom to wash her face. When she ca out, she heard so lively noises coming from downstairs. She looked down and found out that it was Ruan Lei and Lu Zishu who had co over.
Zhao Li went to her parents’ ho today and won’t be back until the evening, so Lu Zishu ca directly to the Ruan Family after school.
The military training schedule for the universities in Beidu is quite similar. Jiaojiao’s training had ended, and so had Ruan Lei and Lu Zishu’s, but what Jiaojiao didn’t expect was the appearance of these two.
The Ruan Family and the Lu Family’s living conditions have improved over the years, especially after moving to the city. The kids have beco gradually whiter in complexion, particularly Ruan Lei. He used to be chubby, fair, and plump, and after losing weight, he beca a handso, fair-skinned guy.
Lu Zishu this ti around is a bit different from his past life, no longer the scholarly type, but he still inherited Zhao Li’s fair skin.
But now, the two were sitting on the sofa, with a fair-skinned Xiaobai standing beside them, making them look like black chocolate in comparison, almost dark enough to drip oil!
Jiaojiao ca downstairs, staring at the two dark monkeys, and couldn’t recognize them for a mont: "Brother Lei? Brother Zishu?"
Ruan Lei and Lu Zishu both looked upstairs at the sa ti and then both grinned, revealing a bright set of teeth.

As dark as they are, their white teeth stood out!
Jiaojiao was shocked: "How did you guys get so dark? Stop smiling, all that’s visible are your teeth."
Even though they are both boys, Duan Xi is completely different. Although they all got a bit darker from the military training, it was just a little and did not make a big difference.
"..." Ruan Lei.
"..." Lu Zishu.

Xiaobai saw him and initially wanted to cling to Jiaojiao, but recalling how he was almost shoveled out the window by him while Jiaojiao was asleep, he could only slink away.
Lu Zishu still wanted to retort, but seeing Duan Xi walking past him, he silently pouted, unable to say anything insincere.
He just couldn’t understand, in their school, including Ruan Lei, everyone was tanned after military training, both boys and girls, so how co these two seed unaffected?
He curiously asked Jiaojiao: "Didn’t you two have military training?"
"We did." Jiaojiao took small sips of the mung bean soup, as if knowing what he was going to ask, she cheerfully replied: "But I have sunscreen my aunt gave . If you apply it, you won’t get tanned. See? It’s pretty effective, isn’t it?"
Lu Zishu looked her up and down and realized there really wasn’t any change.
But: "Did he apply it too?" Such a girly thing, would Duan Xi use it too?
"Brother Xi is naturally blessed, he’s not like you guys." Jiaojiao answered on his behalf.
