Ruan Jiaojiao nodded, curiously looking at the promotional poster next to her. After all, it’s Beidu Zoo, not only larger than Changling’s, but it even has an underwater world.
Ruan Jiaojiao’s eyes lit up as she looked at the adorable dolphins and sea lions on the poster.
Land animals all liked her, she knew that; she wondered if it was the sa with sea creatures.
Because there were too many people, Ruan Jianguo took a while to buy tickets. Ruan Jiaojiao had been waiting for almost twenty minutes, and by the ti Ruan Jianguo hurried back, Ruan Jiaojiao was already surrounded and chatted up by a few young n.
However, the young n only had mischievous thoughts but no real courage. Seeing the strong and tall Ruan Jianguo rushing over, they quickly disappeared.
Ruan Jianguo frowned deeply, looked at the rapidly dispersing young n, pulled Ruan Jiaojiao into his arms, and cautiously glared left and right before taking her into the zoo.
Today was the weekend, and the zoo was very crowded. It was mostly parents with children or young couples in love, so a pair like Ruan Jiaojiao and Ruan Jianguo was actually quite rare.
Ruan Jianguo was in a hurry, holding Ruan Jiaojiao’s hand as they weaved through the crowd in the zoo. However, other people ca to the zoo to see the animals, leaning on railings or barriers to look inside.
But with Ruan Jiaojiao, it was completely the opposite. Wherever she passed, all the animals rushed to get as close to her as possible, getting excited and bustling to the barriers or railing, scaring the crowd of tourists standing in front of the barriers into shrieks.
Seeing the animals suddenly beco agitated, the zookeepers were bewildered and hurried to maintain order. But the animals didn’t listen to their commands at all, still leaning on the railings with excitent, watching Ruan Jiaojiao walk past them. Even fierce animals like tigers and lions behaved this way.
The scene was especially reminiscent of humans visiting a pet shop to buy puppies, with a group of puppies wagging their tails and sticking their tongues out through the cages.
The only fortunate thing was that the zoo’s safety asures were well in place, so the animals could only watch Ruan Jiaojiao through the barriers. Otherwise, the situation might have gotten out of control.
Ruan Jianguo was eager to find Shu Jiao, so he didn’t notice this, and Ruan Jiaojiao was being led by him in a hurry, having to watch her step, so she also didn’t notice.
By the ti they noticed, it was because Ruan Jianguo had already spotted Shu Jiao and pulled her to hide behind a rock arrangent, which was set up as a barrier for the Monkey Nest.
"Sweetheart, look, your mom is there."
"Dad, why are we hiding and watching?" Ruan Jiaojiao stood behind Ruan Jianguo, a bit confused as to why they were sneaking around.
Shouldn’t they be bravely moving forward at tis like this?
"If your mom is really talking business, she might not be happy to see us," Ruan Jianguo said.
"Alright then." Ruan Jiaojiao thought he was just being timid, but since saying so would hurt his feelings, she had no choice but to helplessly hide behind the rock arrangent with him, sneaking peeks.
But as she watched, Ruan Jiaojiao felt sothing was off.
She poked Ruan Jianguo’s back, pointed to the familiar blonde woman, and asked, "Dad, who is that?"
"Which one? You an that girl with yellow hair? She’s the daughter of that shaless man’s daughter," Ruan Jianguo snorted.
