The ominous signs on the Obelisk began to flash rapidly with a red light, and in the sky, a massive shadow was quickly approaching.
The dreamscape turned gray, the air subtly trembled, and a terrifying presence quietly arrived.
Asa gazed up at the sky, murmuring, "Such powerful strength, the space bends with its arrival, the ocean of Spiritual Energy roars, this is the Black Fog Demon... the legendary great terror, the strongest and ultimate ans Alan Ak Ah can use against humans. I once didn’t even have the qualifications to look up at it, but now, I can face its existence directly and fight it head-on. Haha, it’s truly sothing worth anticipating."
The Book of Knowledge and the Book of the Future had long fled into the House of God to avoid the impact of the impending dreadful battle.
The Book of the Future continually flipped its pages, but such a terrifying existence as the Black Fog Demon was beyond prediction. The future seed like a terrifying black hole, pulling in all its perceptions, with the only insight being that fighting outside the Dream Realm might offer so advantages.
"Master, can we keep it outside the Dream Realm?"
Rod slightly furrowed his brows. The invasion of the Dream Realm was through so higher position channel; it was unobservable, invisible, extrely special and unique. Once locked on, one could only approach through specific rules. Space held no aning here; no matter where the Dream Realm was or how far it ran, it was useless. That’s why, at the sa ti, only one presence could invade, but it also ant hiding or running was futile.
Once the ti ended, the invader would descend.
There was only one exception: if the invader hadn’t entered that higher position "channel," but had locked onto the Dream Realm’s existence in the Spirit Realm. In this case, the foreboding signs could sense the invader’s existence, but it could be escaped.
According to what the Book of Knowledge said, the invasion ti mainly depended on the spatial position gap between the invader and the Dream Realm. The larger the gap, the longer the ti. If the invader’s spatial position was extrely low, such as in the Abyss, the invasion ti would be prolonged.
And the Dream Realm’s own strength would also extend this ti, causing the invader to be repelled outside the Dream Realm upon arrival. If the gap between the two was too large, the invader might even be pushed out before the invasion.
Of course, it was unlikely for the Black Fog Demon to be in such a situation. The only way to keep it out of the Dream Realm was to fully strengthen the Dream Protection, concentrating all Source Energy on the defense, to block it at the mont of its descent.
But doing so was risky. The Dream Protection, imbued with all Source Energy, would experience a massive increase in strength, surpassing previous anti-corrosion capabilities. However, such strength might make it very brittle, possibly shattering when facing a terrifying monster like the Black Fog Demon.
Previously, Rod considered this plan because he intended to invest the "absolute pure Star Marrow" into the Spirit Boat, which could open a Teleportation Gate to gain the King’s assistance.
But with the King still not returning from the Spirit Realm, this plan was shelved.
If they attempted it now, the risks were high. Once the Black Fog Demon shattered the Dream Protection, it could invade again, and the Dream Realm, without its protective power, would be unable to suppress the Black Fog Demon, effectively losing its ho-field advantage.
Rod hesitated for a mont but decided to trust the Book of the Future.
"Alright, Book, let’s take a gamble."
The Book of Knowledge turned a page in agreent with the proposal, as the Book of the Future had proven its correctness multiple tis.
"Good, if we can keep the Black Fog Demon outside the Dream Realm, we can use the Sun Tower and Spirit Realm Strike, but relying solely on Dream Protection isn’t enough. You all must fight outside the Dream Realm. Master, be very careful, our opponent is the source of great terror!"
Rod nodded, and with a wave of his hand, the Evil Ghost King ca to his side with a thunderous tread. Behind it were dozens of Evil Ghost Kings and Devil Kings, their formidable life and Spiritual Energy auras rging into one, subtly mingling with the Dream Realm, bringing Source Law into their Soul auras.
Rod clearly sensed a strong Source and six Source Laws, identical to his own, yet their souls, though lacking a Source, managed to possess the aura of Source Law and the support of strong Spiritual Energy.
Perhaps these Dream Creations shared the Dream Realm’s Source power. Although unable to wield Source Law, they were thus immune to enemy Source Law invasions.
Impressive.
Rod clenched his fist and shouted, "Asa, Aphro."
The puppet and a large, bloated yellow soul flew to Rod’s side: "Master, at your command."
"Follow into battle outside the Dream Realm."
"Yes."
Rod strode towards the edge of the Dream Realm, the light of Spiritual Energy glowing on him, sending powerful ripples in all directions.
He was ready.
The Book of Knowledge also jumped onto the Divine Mirror in the House of God, which was the source of Dream Protection. Only by controlling the Divine Mirror could the power of Dream Protection be precisely controlled.
It probed its soul into the Divine Mirror, causing a slight tremor in the Dream Realm. All Source Energy quickly converged into the Divine Mirror, illuminating the outermost patterns on the mirror. Simultaneously, outside the Dream Bubble, a layer of exceedingly bright, tangible light enveloped the entire Dream Realm, making it look like an incandescent sun.
