These tentacles are part of the Blood God’s true form; severing the tentacles is akin to breaking its limbs, which is what the King and Rod are doing.
However, rely breaking the limbs cannot defeat the Blood God, and as ti passes, tentacle after tentacle appears, with the Blood God’s will steadily silencing and the instinct of destruction occupying its body.
The Book of Knowledge said, "The God of Contaminated Blood is a highly corrupt Divine. Rod nodded. Using it prematurely was aningless; the Blood God’s Soul Body was too massive, perfectly fused with the outer squid layer, like armor, guarding the Blood God’s true form.
