"We won!" Aro gasped, her pale face covered in sweat beads, looking entirely drained.
Rod also felt utterly empty, his body as if hollowed out, his entire soul exhausted.
A fourteen-second Spiritual Power Multiple lodies emptied both of their spiritual energies, plus an entire pack of Spiritual Power Potions and two "Awakenings."
But it also successfully blasted a Twelfth Level spirit giant to death, stunning White Wolf, Velas, and Vivian.
In their wildest dreams, they hadn’t imagined that a Strong High Rank monster could be vanquished in just over ten seconds.
The Abyss Rift began to tremble, a thunderous noise as if coming from the depths of the earth, space started showing transparent cracks, and black dust fell from the air.
The demon sustaining the rift was killed, and the Abyss Rift began to collapse.
White Wolf snapped back to reality and imdiately shouted, "The Abyss is collapsing, co here! I’ll use the Group Teleportation talisman to send us back!"
Velas lifted Rod, and Vivian lifted Aro, and the four of them quickly ran towards White Wolf.
White Wolf pulled out a circular talisman, engraved with interlocking wings, injected Spiritual Energy from his hands into the talisman, and the wings gradually glowed as if they had co to life.
"Hold on to !"
The four flew at him, clinging tightly to White Wolf. The next instant, space flipped, and their vision blurred.
When their vision normalized again, they were back on the ground.
Not far away, the entrance of the rift spewed out a huge amount of black vapor, and countless tiny black fragnts shot out, accompanied by a loud explosion; the entire entrance blew open, spreading black viscous substance everywhere.

Rod rembered that after he destroyed the Abyss Giant Snake, he had also obtained the sa source material, which was already used for the quantification of Dark Devourer.

Rod’s gaze flickered, and he imdiately thought of his Fifth Star "Divine Sense," which needed the Source Material, the Divine Skull.
It was this star’s ability that drastically improved his skills, allowing him massive leaps in learning progress, and in a short ti evolved from a newbie to a seasoned warrior.
However, besides accelerating his learning progress, "Divine Sense" didn’t seem to have much impact; Rod felt that his intelligence seed unchanged.
Maybe my intelligence is already near its limit.
Rod thought.
Even such a powerful star can’t enhance it further.
I wonder if after its quantification, it could allow to surpass my limits, truly possessing the wisdom and inspiration of a deity.
All in all, the gains this ti were incredibly bountiful.
He had gained a soul close to the Great Soul, and two source materials.
His Spiritual Energy was about to surge again, and he might soon break through to Ninth Level Spiritual Energy, smoothly becoming a Third Level Combatant, and an official mber of the Fire Hall.
Rod smiled happily.
The others were also ecstatic; they had never imagined such a severe threat could be resolved so easily.
Thinking back to the trendous power of the Spiritual Power Cannon, Velas couldn’t help feeling apprehensive as well, exclaiming, "Lord Rod, your ’Instant Shot’ has evolved again; its power has far exceeded the initial records."
Vivian patted her modest chest, adding, "It’s really very strong. The Great Sin Ghost was annihilated in one hit; isn’t the ’Instant Shot’ a characteristic? Did you upgrade it from First Level to Ninth Level?"
Rod thought, it’s not just Ninth Level now; it has reached the Tenth Level quantification stage, and once the quantification is complete, it will be a Source Law Level characteristic.
But he couldn’t say that outright, or knowing he possessed so many characteristics, already beyond the scope of a taboo, would be shockingly outrageous.
"The Fire Spark has reached a perfect state," Rod used a conventional explanation.
Fire Spark and Characteristic fundantally are not different; both are projections on the soul from the Source, but Fire Sparks are relatively fragnted and chaotic and cannot be enhanced like Characteristics to eventually replace and control the Source; they can only reach a relatively perfect state.
Therefore, in Troli, Starfire Series Fire Holders have always been less valued than Spirit Fire Series Fire Holders.
Except for Alan.
He is an exception.
"Wow! Little Rod is so amazing!"
Aro pounced and gave Rod another big hug, her round face almost bursting with joy, seemingly even happier than her own advancent.
