Now reading: Chapter 1338: Early Immortal Tribulation (5) from The Last Paragon in the Apocalypse, a Action novel by PDrop.

During heavenly tribulations, there cannot be any outside interference. This ans, regardless of the danger, nobody can co to the aid of the one having the tribulation.

So, for Klaus to be aided by Maud ans it is a violation. However, given the nature of the tribulation and its intensity still the sa without any added baggage, it can be said that there was no violation caused by Maud's interference.

This outco is only possible because of who Maud is. She is the Death's Heart of the True Heir of Death. This ans she is literally Klaus's heart, if put in a more ordinary tone.

So while she may be regarded as an outside interference, she can also be considered an aspect of Klaus, so the heavens are not coming against her.

Of course, she is her own person, but as far as the heavens are concerned, she is one with Klaus.

However, with her finally coming to Klaus's aid, the heavens' guardian had been rendered immobile, leaving Klaus to put his focus on the 6th spear that had already started forcing him to grit his teeth.

The pressure felt like a planet was falling down on him. He was able to hold his weight. However, he was under a lot of pressure.

But then again, his strength was strong enough to hold on and plan how best to handle the crashing spear.

[The master should know this spear contains so aspect of the Gravity Law]

"I suspect as much, Icon. However, I also ca prepared." Klaus stood there, waiting for the spear to appear. This one is much larger and thicker than the previous ones.

But that isn't all; the sheer weight is enough to shatter the void and release so much pressure than it should, or at least than it should have if the one taking the tribulation wasn't Klaus.

---

anwhile, back on Planet Baski, Klaus was still having his fake tribulation by simulating what was happening with the main tribulation.

He had already passed five phases of the tribulation, and thanks to the blessing of the Lightning Source Diagram, he earned tribulation runes for each spear he shattered.

However, while he would love to have the real deal with this body too, the tribulation happening here is rely 60% of the real deal.

But even so, Rory couldn't help wondering just what Klaus had done to the heavens to warrant such treatnt from the heavens.

He already told her that he is not currently the paragon. So if that is the case, why then is his tribulation this chaotic?

Naturally, she wasn't the only one wondering the sa thing. Others who sensed the tribulation happening ca to the sa conclusion.

However, while his tribulation is indeed dangerous, it also wasn't at the level one would think Klaus is a heaven's reject.

Of course, he didn't simulate the heavens' guardian. Doing so would have exposed him as the paragon, sothing he didn't want to happen just yet.

But he was heading closer to the rank of an Early Immortal, and at the mont, that is what matters.

---

But if they were to see the spear currently hovering over Klaus's head in the main tribulation, many would feel their heads burst open from sheer shock.

Good thing he wasn't being observed by anyone but Maud.

But with the full spear fully out of the tribulation cloud, Klaus pointed his bow up and pulled the bowstring.

RUMBLE

The tribulation cloud churned, and the spear shot forward, learning from their previous mistake not to give Klaus the chance to attack. However, just when the spear closed in on Klaus, a green runic circle appeared around it.

Then, like turning back ti, the spear ca to a halt and then started ascending instead of descending.

He used the ti law against the heavens.

Klaus smiled, and then he activated the technique he had planned for the 6th Superimposing Arrow.

"Seven Condemnation Arrow." The arrow manifested and trembled, and then countless runes appeared around it. "The first Arrow, release."

Klaus fired the arrow, and for a mont, the entire planet beca quiet. However, that only lasted for a mont before a powerful explosion filled the planet.

The arrow t the spear, and a powerful explosion rocked the planet's surface, sending a shockwave as far as the air could take it. What was left were the tribulation runes that flew and rged with Klaus's body.

"Now die."

Klaus turned toward the heaven's guardian who was almost fried from the grip Maud had on him.

Another condemnation arrow ford, and before the heavens' guardian could mount a defence, his head was blasted off his body, turning into tribulation runes.

"Now, Maud," Klaus said, and the veiled lady turned to mist and flew toward him, entering his forehead.

The mont she did, Klaus's aura changed.

His eyes changed from golden to dark, a faint mist of the aura of death coming from them. His ears elongated to the length of an elf. Tattoos lined the side of his head, cheek, and down his neck.

The bow in his hand transford into a deadly scythe, and even his armour changed, taking that of sothing only the Grim Reaper would wear.

It featured a blend of skeletal shape and tallic armour, ending with tattered leather-like fabrics. This is Klaus's death transformation.

Since he had yet to complete the 25 trials of death and beco the Lord of Death, his transformation is rely a glimpse of the person he would beco one day.

"Five minutes," Klaus said before he took to the air. He had run out of gravity and space essence, so the space lock and no-fly zone had deactivated.

However, he knew he had to beco practised, since he suddenly sensed a different kind of danger coming, one he had to kill within seconds, else it would beco a danger.

Just when the tip of the 7th spear appeared, a terrifying roar followed. By then, Klaus was done with his transformation, so he took to the sky, hoping to et the danger before it fully materialized.

However, as if the heavens knew what he was aiming for, they also sped things up, forcing the spear to appear much faster than it should.

But the mont it appeared, it transford into a colossal wolf, so large, in fact, that Klaus beca a re dwarf before it.

"This is at least a high-level True Immortal," Klaus said, resting his scythe on his shoulder. The wolf looked down at him and let out a terrifying howl.

However, it didn't attack; it only looked down at Klaus for a few seconds before turning away. It stared into the distance and then let out another howl.

"Let guess, you sense Earth growing stronger, so you want to make a move on it." Klaus laughed. He is very far from Earth; however, he was also far from the Dervas Star System. So it isn't surprising that the heavens sensed Earth's growing power.

He, after all, is becoming an immortal. Once he did, the Earth would beco much more powerful.

"Unfortunately for you, I ca prepared."

Klaus raised his scythe and muttered...

"Death's Art..."
