CRACK
The void cracked, and Klaus stepped out, a spear resting on his shoulder—held with his right hand—while his left hand was pushed halfway into his pocket.
The look on his face showed he wasn’t really bothered by the fact that 10 Real Immortals and a True Immortal were glaring at him.
He took a step forward, and the next second, he was standing beside Queenie.
"Long ti no see, my lady,"
"Klaus," Queenie jumped into his arms, planting her face in his chest.
At one, the domineering lady who stood before her sisters, ready to face a bunch of immortals, was no more. She was now replaced by a soft, emotional woman who missed her husband more than anything.
The rest of her sisters joined in on the hug. The 11 immortals were suddenly nothing before them.
With Klaus now present, they knew these people were as good as dead.
So they ignored them completely, leaving the 11 immortals seething with anger. The True Immortal unleashed his aura again, this ti using his Immortal Ring to boost the pressure.
However, the results he wanted didn’t occur.
Klaus and his wives remained standing, not even sweat forming on their foreheads.
Klaus turned away from his wives after spending five whole minutes hugging and kissing them.
"How did you learn of this planet?" he asked, his focus now turned to the 11 Immortals.
They had just claid they learned of this planet, and they even knew it was newly awakened. Naturally, that was a bit concerning, given that he planned to build a safe haven for himself and his people on planet Earth.
One day, it would beco the centre of the Universe.
Planet Earth is that important to him.
It is a forbidden planet, so the last thing he wanted was outsiders coming to ss up what he had that the heavens could never have.
"Where we heard it from is none of your business. Just know that we will have this planet and everything it contains, even if we have to kill every last being on it—it never stopped us before." A grin appeared on the True Immortal’s face.
Normally, that grin would have scared the hell out of Klaus and everyone currently facing them. They are all Early Immortals, so facing ten Real Immortals and a True Immortal is just sothing out of their league.
However, Klaus rely smiled. "Was that supposed to scare ? Because I am not scared of you, not even for a second. In fact, you should be scared of because, guess what, I know everything about you."
Klaus grinned, his own causing the True Immortal to frown.
"Silas Wren, 12,000 years old. Father to two sons, Kilin and Milin. Your father and mother are currently taking care of them because you got your wife killed by offending sobody you shouldn’t have.
But instead of learning your lesson and correcting your mistake, you instead joined the insidious Black Flag Syndicate and started terrorising innocent people." This ti, his smile caused Silas to frown deeply.
"I am not telling you this because I plan on using your kids against you. That is not . I don’t use innocent people to get what I want. I can just kill you and be done with it.
But I wanted you all to know you are not safe despite being mbers of such a powerful syndicate. Of course, I could have let you all leave with a warning. But because you hurt my wives, I had no choice but to kill you." Klaus lifted his spear, and at once, the gravity in the space increased.
The 11 immortals instantly felt like they were carrying a bus. The pressure was very just too powerful for them to handle. One mont, they were standing; the next, they were all on their knees, their expressions pale.
The True Immortal used his Immortal Ring to strengthen himself, allowing him to shake off so of the pressure. However, Klaus rely smiled and turned to his ladies.
"Do you want to see sothing cool?"
They nodded with puppy expressions.
Klaus spun his spear, and at once, the [Heavens Engine] appeared, surrounded by the Immortal Ring he had absorbed from the Calamity Core.
CRACK
Audibly, they all heard bones breaking.
Klaus didn’t hold back his attack. He started by activating his gravity law. Then he used the Heavens Engine, which, thanks to its three layers, had tripled the pressure under gravity.
"That is just showing off," Lily said, flexing her spear. She walked forward and, like Klaus, released her Immortal Ring.
"Wow, you have an Immortal Ring." Klaus was visibly shocked.
He never expected Lily to also have an Immortal Ring. However, his jaw was agape the next second when all his wives released their Immortal Rings, Tifa even releasing two.
"Damn, girls, when did you beco this monstrous?" Most of the ti, he fakes his expressions to make the mont worth it. However, today, he was genuinely shocked.
He knew his wives were powerful warriors, but he never expected them to form Immortal Rings right off the bat. If anything, he expected them to at least awaken so powerful bloodline abilities.
Immortal Rings were just them cheating at this point.
"You think you are the only monster in the family, huh?" Queenie said with a smile. "Every last one of us has beco powerful, so you shouldn’t worry too much about us when you’re out there."
"You are my wives, so it is my business to worry about you. However, knowing what you ladies are capable of now, I suppose I have nothing to worry about." He smiled and asked, "But can you handle a True Immortal all by yourself?"
Queenie shook her head. "I cannot do it alone, but with my sisters with , not even a dozen True Immortals can stand a chance against us."
"I didn’t see it that way a few minutes ago," Klaus laughed. A few minutes ago, they were all suppressed under the weight of the True Immortal’s aura.
"We weren’t hopeless back then, my love. We had the power to win even if you weren’t here," Nari said before spreading her wings. "But now that you have suppressed them, do you mind if I turn them to toast?"
"I don’t mind. Just make them scream."
"With pleasure," Nari smiled and moved forward, her deep red fla coiling around her. None of her sisters tried to stop her.
They all knew that Nari was no longer the sa. Before Klaus t her, she was an emotionally detached human. Later, Klaus learned she had no emotions and, as such, the concept of love was not in her nature.
He helped her learn to recognise emotions, which, for a ti, made her soone worth loving and caring for.
It took so ti, but she learned to recognise when she was hurting soone and when she loved soone.
But since she was one of the three Calamities of the Universe, her nature could never be wiped away. Of course, Klaus suppressed her for a while to help her learn emotions.
That worked as intended; however, the mont she beca an Immortal, that seal was broken, unleashing her true nature.
The only difference now is that she has emotions. She is not an emotionally detached human who doesn’t know when she is hurting anyone.
Now, she is a Heavenly Calamity but with a conscience of her own. She is now soone who can do as she pleases but also knows when to stop.
So when she arrived before the 11 Immortals, she flashed them a chilling smile. Their bones were broken and kept breaking as they healed.
It had beco a cycle. Their bones keep breaking and healing over and over again.
The law of gravity is already powerful. However, with the three layers giving him triple the pressure and the Immortal Ring making it 30 tis stronger, they stood no chance.
Not many True Immortals could withstand that. In fact, to withstand this kind of pressure, one needed at least three Immortal Rings or a high-level mastery of the Gravity Law.
"You losers thought you had what it takes to hurt and my sisters, huh?" The fla around her started to move, turning into small balls of fla. Soon, eleven crimson fla balls appeared in the air.
"You don’t qualify to threaten us, not when we have a husband who has fought Immortal Lords and walked out unscathed."
"I actually died a couple of tis, but ti revived ," Klaus said from the back. "Wait, how did you ladies know I fought an Immortal Lord? Did Maud snitch on ?"
"We will talk about that later, dear," Lucy said, resting in Klaus’s arms. Nari flicked her hand, and the fla balls flew through the air, landing on the heads of the 11 Immortals.
"AAAAARRRRGGGHHHH,"
"It will take an hour to extinguish. This ans for an hour, you have to endure. It is only after the fla extinguishes that you can die... or, for better words, you will only die after an hour. Good luck, and may your screams satisfy my husband."
For an hour, the space was filled with so much pain.
’Damn, they’ve beco monsters...’ Klaus said inwardly.
