Klaus and Queenie erged in a green grassland where 47 powerful beasts were scattered across the beautiful landscape.
It had been a couple of hours since Klaus sent them there, and while the first few minutes initially confused them, the space they were in was breathtaking. So they couldn’t help but relax.
But now that the one who sent them there had appeared, they imdiately approached him.
Zeyra, the phoenix who led the negotiation back on the moon, was the first to appear before Klaus. Naturally, the other beasts allowed her to take the lead, simply because she was the strongest among them.
But aside from that, she was also the reason most of them surrendered, which ultimately saved their lives. Among the 42 Tier 10 beasts, 30 were fla-type beasts.
They served under her, and when she chose to surrender, they followed her. The rest simply didn’t want to get on the bad side of their Overlord, Lady Eren, who turned out to be Klaus’s subordinate.
"What happened to them?" Zeyra asked the mont she appeared before Klaus.
"They died... every last one of them. Not that I didn’t give them a chance to live," Klaus answered with a calm expression. The beasts who heard his answer didn’t say much. Those in their demi-beast form just shook their heads.
Zeyra was the sa. It wasn’t like they weren’t offered a way out. They just chose to be stubborn, and so they paid the price.
"So, what happens to us now?" she asked.
Now that they were the only survivors of the lunar beasts, their fate was in Klaus’s hands. Whatever way he wanted them to swing, that was the way they would swing.
Not that they stood a chance against him.
Klaus studied their expressions for a mont, then sighed.
"I know most of you are angry. I understand, however, I had to ensure that no threats were hanging over my world. I could have left you to your business, as you asked, but I know enough to say that doing so would be foolish.
You won’t understand now, but a day will co when you all will realize that choosing to surrender was the right move." Klaus paused for a mont and continued.
"As for what I want from you... that is simple. I want to turn you 47 into divine beasts, raising your combat power by several folds while giving you sothing you don’t have... a chance to continue evolving."
Hearing his bold words, the Beasts exchanged looks and then turned back to Klaus. Knowing they had no questions, Klaus transford into his elf form and retrieved 42 drops of blood, freezing them in ice as he always did.
"All Tier 10s should move to my left, and Tier 11s to my right." Klaus gave the order, and they obeyed. He gestured forward, and the 42 frozen drops of blood floated through the air and landed into the waiting arms of the 42 Tier 10 beasts.
"That is the only way you can evolve. Consu it, and I assure you, when you erge, you will all be Tier 11 evolved beasts capable of wielding great power." His words carried confidence.
The 42 beasts looked at Zeyra, and she nodded. Seeing her expression, they knew she had already accepted becoming Klaus’s subordinate, so why shouldn’t they?
It wasn’t like they had any other way.
After every last one of them consud the blood, Klaus spoke again, "I will send you all to separate places where you can cultivate in peace. Within a month or two, you will co out to handle the tribulation.
Don’t worry, my blood will ensure you all pass and beco Tier 11 divine beasts." They nodded, and Klaus waved his hand, sending them away.
The mont his blood landed in their mouths, he knew their affinities and the unique environnts they would find comfort in.
Inside the Multi-dinsional Cube, he could create realms. These realms were mainly elental spaces where there were no laws, unlike the Void dinsion.
The ice domain Tess, the ice banshee, cultivated in had no rules.
However, it contained the essence of ice, giving her the comfort to cultivate. That was exactly what he created for the 42 who had just joined his Beast army.
As for the dinsions, they unlocked on their own as he grew stronger. At first, he only had the Void and Chaos dinsions, but now, two new dinsions had been added: The Space dinsion and the Ti dinsion.
Of course, he hadn’t sent anyone to cultivate there yet, but he would as soon as he determined which laws suited each one. He couldn’t just send them in without a plan.
Perhaps he could start with the Void dinsion since almost everyone was now using the Void. However, that was to strengthen their understanding.
What Nyxthar was doing was actually comprehending the law of the Void... that is different from simply using the energy to open cracks into the void for faster movent.
They don’t have law affinities yet...well, Nia does. She has both Ti and Space affinity thanks to her shadows. But the others don’t.
However, the mont their soul bodies awakened, their law affinity would also erge. It was only a matter of ti before they would enter these dinsions to train.
Klaus turned to the five remaining and scrutinized them. "Change into your beast forms," Klaus said, looking at them closely.
They obeyed and began assuming their beast forms.
After a while, five terrifying beasts stood before Klaus and Queenie, towering over them with their imposing presence. It felt like predators looking down on their prey when, in fact, it was the other way around.
The only predators here were Klaus and Queenie, who could dispose of these fearso beasts within minutes. Klaus himself had beco a nace... His power was limitless, and the skills in his arsenal were beyond imagination.
If he were to get serious and unleash his full strength, great terror would descend upon everything... Since he awakened, the only ti he went all out was his battle with the Eight-Headed hydra back in the Dungeon Trial.
So, despite looking bigger than them, the five beasts dared not make any drastic moves. They did not want to beco food for humans anyti soon...
