I’m starting to understand why she didn’t mind giving so blood back at the chapel. She doesn’t think I’m a threat by any ans and I can actually keep her safe.
That damn bodyguard really wasn’t that helpful to her at the end of the day... Leaving her behind while the city is going under. Remi might need to find better bodyguards in the future.

In a beautiful forest with two stunning girls that I never once expected to et before everything happened. I can’t really complain about this too much.

After Lumiel is dealt with it could be the perfect mont to consider visiting l again. At least then I’ll finally know if I can trust l... Especially if the hunters are truly dealt with at that point.
I think she is worth trusting but sothing is just bugging lately.
Maybe these blood mories could help quite a bit more since I did learn a lot in such a short span of ti. Could it be possible to see these mories from soone who isn’t dead?
Hans wasn’t dead yet at the ti, I don’t think at least... Or maybe he was.
Hunters are kind of a hard one to consider when it cos to these things since they are a lot stronger than normal humans. Look at the people Lia was traveling with for example, they were pretty weak.
Not saying all humans are weak but they don’t compare to a hunter.
"You going to keep watch again?" Lia asks, standing before with her arms crossed.
"Probably," I respond with a casual tone.
"When do you sleep?" Lia asks with a curious look on her face.
"I don’t always need it if I’m being honest, but every now and again. I’d say during the night like you," I answer.
"I’ve been really surprised by all the different things with you. Vampires don’t usually do well in the sun, nor are they awake typically. That’s why I don’t know what to expect," Lia says while staring at .
"Ancient generations had that way of living but we evolved and got away from it," I reply with a calm tone.
At least that’s what my mother told about our ancestors. They lived a completely different lifestyle compared to modern day vampires.
Hunting through the night, sleeping during the day, and feeding on humans actively as the main food source.

To think it has changed so much since then, yet we are still treated the way we are. Says a lot about the impact our ancestors had on the human race.
So much that they don’t care what generation we are or that we didn’t hunt them. We are still seen as the threat no matter how much we try to show we aren’t anymore.
Sigh.
After letting out a sigh I move over to a tree and take my position for the ti being, not realizing that Lia followed over.
Alia is already laying down for the ti being but I can’t be left alone. Lia is good company, just it would be nice to enjoy the silence for a bit.
"Will you kill all humans?" Lia asks with more of a serious tone.
I shift my gaze towards Alia in the distance.
"Most. I’d like to believe that ones like Alia are out there... As hard as it is to believe," I respond after so serious consideration.
"You aren’t worried in the slightest about her betraying you?" Lia questions.
"I don’t think she ever would if I’m being honest," I answer with confidence.
"What about ?" Lia asks, her eyes locked on the mont she finishes asking.
I don’t think there is a reason for Lia to betray or for her to consider it, then again... She left behind those guys. What stops her from doing that to ?
Soone stronger could co along and persuade her to join them instead. Those are thoughts normal people would consider at least.
I’d probably just have to kill her if she betrayed .
There’s no other way around it since I wouldn’t be able to trust her anymore, even if she did try to co back to my side. Hypothetical situations are such a bore to think about though.
"I don’t think you’d betray either," I respond with a serious tone now.
A smile appears on her face before she moves next to instead.
"Of course I wouldn’t. I already gave you my blood, hehe," Lia says with a small chuckle.
"Yes you did," I reply with a more relaxed tone.
After our conversation ends Lia eventually falls asleep next to as I keep guard over the two of them. I don’t mind her head on my shoulder or anything but it is a bit different.
The night also goes by quite quickly, like it was re minutes of nightti.
"Yah-aaaa-wn!" Lia stretches and lets out a yawn.
"You still sound tired," I say while looking down at her.
I didn’t realize that I was sitting against the tree which is why she ended up laying on my shoulder in the first place.
"Early mornings always make feel like I’m tired," Lia replies softly.
The forest feels so peaceful, almost like there is no war going on whatsoever. No one would ever know if they lived here all their life.
I’m taken away from the peace as I realize Alia is waking up now as well.
It seems like it is ti to get moving.
