The man looks at his guard and most trusted friend before saying.

"Aye. It looks like the situation in the North is already calming down."

"Not that far north, Commander Maro. It is from Bruma."

"Is it related to the Dragon that is causing havoc in that area?"

The man nods his head and says.

"Aye. A man managed to kill two of them in a matter of five days. There is also news of him being a second Dragonborn."

"Don't tell you believe that legend? Dragonborn and their ability to absorb the souls of dragons."

The man looks at Commander Maro with a small sigh and says.

"You might think of it as a legend but Dragonborn exists, you know? A Dragonborn founded the Septim Dynasty, and even the founder of our empire, Saint Alessia, was a Dragonborn. It is recorded in the book."

The man takes out a black book with a dragon symbol on the cover before continuing.

Commander Maro looks at his lord and says.

"Let's visit the one helping my people. As an emperor, it is my duty to reward soone who helps one of the major counties in my province, right?"

Commander Maro only sighs at his lord's words and nods his head.

"Very well. I shall prepare the others to take you to Bruma. At least, by doing this, we will get so kind of support from the people of Skyrim. Their legendary hero helping the empire will raise morale."

Emperor Titus de II nods his head and says.

"Exactly. However, there is a rumor that says soone hired the Dark Brotherhood to kill . Can you increase the amount of guards coming with us?"

"I do hear that rumor, your highness. I shall increase the guards."

Titus nods his head and leans over his throne. After the Great War and the signing of the treaty, his life was hard because of many assassination attempts from the people who did not like that treaty.

They did not know that if he did not take that action, the empire would be worse than it already is. They did not know, but the food in the empire was already at the very limit, and if he continued the great war, the people of the empire would be dead.

It is with a heavy heart that he agrees with the treaties. He will always bear the sha of that action but will carry that burden until he releases his last breath. His son is not ready to rule, as too many problems in the realm need to be taken care of before he gives the throne to his son.

He knows that the other nobles are already planning to dispose of him, but until that day cos, he will create a better empire for his children and grandchildren.
