"And fight against Tiamat?"

The old vampire looks at Yasaka and says.
"Most of the monsters attacking Babylon are around mid-level low-ranking beings of this world. However, the children of Tiamat… They are high-ranking, almost ultimate rank. The weakest one is about mid-level, high-ranking beings. The real one, not the one from Devil Society."

A real high-rank being is soone you don't ss with without real planning. They are not the most powerful, but they can potentially destroy a city if they put enough effort into doing it. There is a reason why a high-rank individual is considered an achievent in most places in this world.
Sadly, because the devil race decided to slap that title on all of their noble youth, that title started to lose a lot of its weight in certain communities. When you get beaten by even the lowest mid-rank person, it will greatly reduce your reputation, especially when you bring many people to help you in the fight.
However, Yasaka is old enough to know the real power of a high-ranking individual.
