When Karin and the other people hear that word, they can see Nito jump away to create a distance between him and Ryan. He then creates seven magic circles and summons seven ten-ter-long spikes made of ice.
Ryan smiles a little and takes a deep breath. He takes a lot of air and eats them. After taking a lot of air for a couple of seconds, he screams.
"Sky Dragon's Roar!"
Ryan breathes a hurricane-like blast at his opponent, which is strong enough to blast through the seven spikes coming at him.
Seeing the incoming hurricane coming his way, Nito slams his hand on the ground and creates a tall, thick wall of ice to block Ryan's attack. The ice wall did not last for long as the Sky Dragon's Roar destroyed it.
However, it is enough for Nito as he jumps away from his location.
Sadly for him, Ryan sees him jump away, and he decides to follow the youkai. He jumps high and gathers wind around his fingers.
"Sky Dragon's Crushing Fang!"
He swings his hand and hits Nito with an enchanted fingertip. The wind following his hand throws Nito at the arena's wall, creating a small crack. Nito shakes his head and gives Ryan a smirk.
Nito claps his hands together and creates a massive magic circle. A second later, his entire body shines in blue color, and when the light vanishes, Nito's hair gets longer and turns blue from its black color. His complexion gets pale, paler than even a corpse. When he opens his eyes, his pulse turns pale white.
"Ohhh! He is an Ice Monkey!" Karin shouts in excitent. "They are a combination of both Monkey Youkai and Yuki-Onna. They have the agility of a Youkai Monkey and the Ice Manipulation of Yuki-Onna. I thought that he was a practitioner of ice magic."
"I know, Karin," Yuki says with a smile. "We have already learned it, you know? Everybody knows that."
Yuki laughs a little when she sees Karin pouting. Her friend likes to say what she knows out loud. The other might think of her as weird, but to her, it is cute.
"My na is Nito from the Blue Snow Village. May I know the na of my opponent?"
Ryan looks at his opponent in confusion as the professor has already introduced their na. However, he decides to comply and says,
"My na is Ryan Hernandes from Indonesia."
"Ryan Hernandes from Indonesia, prepare yourself. I shall give my all in this attack."
Ryan frowns a little at that declaration and decides not to ignore it. He eats a large amount of air and feels his power increase.
On the other side of the arena, Nito pushes his hand forward and releases a beam of ice.
Seeing the incoming attack, Ryan starts to scream.
"Sky Dragon's Roar!"
Both of their attacks connect and fight for dominance. The sound of a dragon roaring can be heard by the people watching the fight in the arena. The fight lasts for a few seconds, and the wind cos out as the winner as the roar hits Nito right in the chest.
When he sees his opponent down, Ryan cancels his attack and waits for the professor to announce it.
"Winner! Ryan!"
He smiles at the spectator and quickly runs to Nito.

I coat my hand with healing power and start to heal Nito. After a few seconds, his body is in perfect condition.
"Thank you, Ryan. I feel great!"
I smile and nod. I get up from the ground and look at the professor.
"I'm done, prof."
He nods his head and says.
"Good job, Ryan. Can you stay until the spar is over? We need you here."
"Of course."
After studying here for quite a week, I noticed that healers are a hot commodity in this community. Youkai have complicated biology; not all healing spells can heal their injury. When the professor and the chancellor noticed that I could heal ALL youkai without a problem, they asked to be the nurse at this university.
They even made a bank account for my pay even though I said I didn't need it.
"Ryan!"
I look to the side and see Karin running to with a young woman I don't know.
"Karin, how is the fight? I didn't disappoint you, right?"
"Yes! You are like, boom! Pow! Kapow!"
I laugh a little at her description of the fight. The woman next to her sighs and says.
"Please forgive her. She hit her head when she was a child."
"Hey! That's rude."
"Anyway, my na is Yuki, it is nice to et you."
I smile and say.
"It is nice to et you too, Yuki. My na is Ryan, and as you can see, I'm the new foreign student."
"Both of us, watch your fight."
"How is it? Not too bad, right?"
"Not too bad?!"
Karin pushes Yuki away as she gets close to .
"You are aweso! I guess I now know the reason why you sll like a dragon! Your magic mimics their magic!"
I hold myself from telling her that my magic is Dragon Slayer, not magic that mimics a dragon's magic. I did not mimic it because my magic cos from the dragon itself.
"What do you think? Do you think I can match the might of a dragon?"
"Hmmm"
Karin put her hand on her chin, thinking.
"Maybe! If you can increase the power of your roar, you can match them! I know you can do it!"
Karin gives a bright smile and also gives a thumbs up.
"Thank you, Karin."
"No problem!"
~Sotis later~
I stretch a little and look at Yuki and Karin walking next to .
"So, what do you guys want to do this evening?"
"Hmmm, I think I want to train a little more," Karin says, then looks at Yuki. "What about you, Yuki?"
"I need to go to work today."
"Work?"
I look at Yuki.
"You have a part-ti job?"
"En. I work at the nearby Ran Shop. You know the Ran shop near the station? I work there."
"Really? Is the ran good?"
"While I'm biased, I can say that the ran is good, great even."
"Yup~" Karin decides to jump in. "Especially the pork ran! The owner is generous and gives extra at!"
Yuki nods in agreent. Well, now I know where I need to eat.
"I guess, I can try it."
"Really?!" Karin suddenly shouts. "You will?! Then it is decided! Ryan will be the one buying the ran! Woohoo!"
"Wait! I don't agree with this!"
"See you in three hours!"
Karin drags Yuki while singing sothing about ran. I sigh a little and smile. Well, as long as it is not every day, I can pay for their food once in a while.
