The director felt that Han Zhuoling had seen through the little thoughts she had.
She was afraid that if she asked whether they could air the scenes directly, Han Zhuoling might not be happy.
It might seem as if their production team wanted to make use of Han Zhuoling and Shi Xiaoya’s relationship to create hot topics and boost the viewership ratings.
That was why she asked it in a different way, to let Han Zhuoling know that their production team definitely, definitely did not have the intention to make use of Han Zhuoling and Shi Xiaoya.
But very obviously, Han Zhuoling guessed all her small concerns.
But luckily, although the director harbored those thoughts, they were not with bad intentions. For the production team and Han Zhuoling’s sake, she struck a good balance between both considerations.
Han Zhuoling then said, “There’s no need to deliberately edit them out. Do what is necessary, just like how you usually edit the scenes. Just make sure you can achieve the intended effect after airing.”

“Hence, the hotel thought of this method. The pill inside is a small hawthorn sweet,” Han Zhuoling said. “So I asked for one bottle from the hotel, then asked them to leave only one hawthorn pill inside of it. It wouldn’t be convincing if there were too many left.”
Shi Xiaoya: “…”
Sure enough, her worries were excessive.
“When did you ask for it?” Shi Xiaoya asked.
“When we were eating breakfast, I saw their service crew preparing these, so I asked about it,” Han Zhuoling said.
