"Who knows why," the older rcenary shook his head, squinting at the do that emitted silver light, "but my gut tells this isn't anything good."
Another rcenary beside them cracked a smile, speaking in a casual tone.
"Whether it's good or bad isn't our concern; let those Nobles worry about that, we just need to do our job and stand guard."
A mighty Maze has never been good news for the local human Lords, especially with rumors that the Duke of Campbell has been unwell recently, and the Duchy might face a change of power.
If the Demon King representing the forces of Hell were to recover first, it would undoubtedly be a heavy blow to the Campbell Duchy.
However, for a rcenary, pondering over these matters seed far too remote, as the state of the Campbell Duchy appeared to have no relevance to him.

Looking at the moonlight that covered the forest, Helen's lips quivered slightly, and her wide eyes resembled ripe almonds.

Gazing at the Beastman Army assembling on the wastelands, Players grinding monsters showed expressions of amazent on their faces.

The battle-ready troops amassed on the plains, dimming even the ominous light of the Gate of Chaos in the distance.
That was a true war machine.
