Any scenario is possible.

Setting the teacup back on the tray, Nanfu coughed lightly, his voice carrying a hint of endless sentintality as he spoke.

"I never thought the Dragon family would actually yield."

Vivian curled her lips into a sneer, her expression arrogant as she retorted.

"What did you think?"

Nanfu shrugged slightly.

"I just feel... given their resources, there are plenty of ways to make soone disappear, right? Just like in the dramas—"

Before Nanfu could finish his sentence, a surge of overwhelming killing intent descended upon him, chilling him to the bone and making him shiver uncontrollably.

"They wouldn't dare!"

Seeing the murderous look on his sister's face, Nanfu quickly leaned back, waving his hands nervously. His small, frail figure almost toppled off his chair.

But it seed it was already too late—

"W-wait! I was just speculating! Just speculating! Besides, I definitely don't want anything like that to happen... So why are you hitting anyway?!"

...

The Colin family's way of showing goodwill had always been unconventional, and the students at the High-level Demon Academy were long accustod to such eccentricities.

After inexplicably taking a beating, Nanfu wore an aggrieved expression. Yet, seeing that his elder sister's mood had improved, he couldn't help but feel a bit comforted in his heart.

It was clear that his sister was genuinely worried about their elder brother's safety.

If their father knew, he would likely feel gratified...

Despite his youth, Nanfu constantly agonized over family matters, though most of the ti it was just pointless fretting.

Having cald down, Vivian no longer paid him any attention. Instead, she humd a cheerful tune as she began writing a letter on the spread-out sheets of paper before her.

Setting aside all those rumors about the Dragon family, her revered elder brother had triumphantly repelled Chaos's invasion on the battlefield!

A matter so full of pride—how could she not send her congratulations?

Before she realized it, her overflowing reverence spilled across an entire page, flowing like a river of endless admiration. Yet Vivian showed no signs of stopping.

Only when the light radiating from the Purple Crystal Do began to flicker shakily did she leave an elegantly penned signature at the bottom, reluctantly drawing her letter to a close.

[——Looking forward to eting you again, your sister, Vivian Colin.]

Would writing it like this co across as too deliberate?

Tornted by second-guessing, she finally couldn't resist chanting a spell to erase the freshly written signature using her Extraordinary Power.

anwhile, over at the Demon King Academy, hearty laughter erupted within the principal's office.

"Hahaha! As expected of my student! He didn't let down!"

Amid the flickering Soul Fire glowing with admiration, Principal Avin Krueger gripped a newspaper in hand, a satisfied smile spreading across his face as if the triumphant report hadn't been delivered to the Demon King Managent Departnt but directly to his desk.

It made little difference, really.

For soone with protégés spread across Hell, the Ministry of Internal Affairs resembled a post-al strolling ground to him.

Luo Yan's letter had just arrived, but Avin had already gathered the news from a few students.

Watching Principal Avin's jubilant expression, Vice Principal Dorin stood silently at his side with a slightly worried look on her face.

As a Sorrow Demon, every ti she grew anxious, the room's temperature dropped by at least a dozen degrees, frosting up the nearby window panes.

"Have you heard about the Dragon family's situation?"

Setting the newspaper aside, Principal Avin smiled dismissively as he replied.

"I've heard a bit. What about it?"

Vice Principal Dorin sighed softly and responded.

"Knowing the Dragon family as I do... I can't shake the feeling that those people wouldn't bow so easily."

Noticing the worry in her eyes, Principal Avin gave her a reassuring look, a smile still on his face as he replied.

"If it's about the Dragon family, I think you needn't fret. This young man is even more clever than we imagined. He's already accounted for this... perhaps even resolved it."

"Oh?"

Vice Principal Dorin raised her eyebrows subtly, a hint of surprise on her face as she asked again.

"What do you an?"

Principal Avin's smile remained unchanged as he continued.

"Do you rember that duel from earlier? Those twelve Magic Crystal Cannons that shook the entire arena."

"Of course I do. For days afterward, the cafeteria kept broadcasting clips of them… But I don't understand; how is that related to what I'm saying?" Vice Principal Dorin asked, confusion clouding her expression.

Principal Avin leisurely carried on.

"Oh, it's deeply related. The mont those cannons fired, Caesar Colin, who stood beside during the match, was utterly srized. He imdiately purchased them all under the Cabinet's na, arranging for them to be sent overnight by the War Departnt to the frontlines for testing. And the final test results were stunning... The frontline generals raved about this war machine. Within a couple days, they sent back a letter expressing a desire to procure more to replace the sulfur cannons created by the Hell Dwarves currently deployed in the frontline fortresses."

Vice Principal Dorin blurted out in shock.

"...And then?"

Principal Avin continued.

"Then Caesar wrote to Prince Colin, stating that the capacity of the teleportation array's resources was limited and that the costs were exorbitant... Therefore, he proposed to set up a factory near Demon City, where raw materials and labor costs would be cheaper."

Vice Principal Dorin's expression instantly shifted to a look of astonishnt, as if she had begun to grasp sothing.

"You an..."

Principal Avin smiled with admiration, his voice filled with praise as he elaborated.

"I don't know what kind of agreent he reached with the Dragon family, but soon after their accord was finalized, the location for the war workshop was set at Black Wind Valley, and the contractors for the construction seed to be individuals from the Padric family."

Vice Principal Dorin stared at him incredulously and exclaid.

"He involved the Padric family?!"

"That's precisely where this young man's brilliance shines brightest," Principal Avin said with a warm smile. "Black Wind Valley is no longer just a matter between him and the Dragon family. Now it also involves orders from the War Departnt and his business partners' interests. Even if the Dragon family wanted to renegotiate, they'd have to weigh the consequences of offending two powerful groups simultaneously."

Vice Principal Dorin remained silent for a mont before sighing lightly.

"I have nothing to say... Perhaps you're right. He is the most suitable graduate of the past few decades from our Demon King Academy for the role of Demon King."

Principal Avin laughed triumphantly, his nose lifting skyward as he replied shalessly without the slightest hint of embarrassnt.

"Hahaha, naturally! I've lived so many years and never misjudged anyone!"
