Lord Demon King!!!
The Queen of the Weaving Shadow Nest was very panicked.
She almost vomited out the male spider she had been digesting halfway through.
"Demon King? A new Demon King? This... How is that possible! I an... Why here at my place! Damn it!"
She was frantic and angry, restlessly stamping her eight legs, her colossal body shaking the white cottony webs, making the entire palace seem like a gigantic trampoline.
Fear in Alakdo's heart was no less than that of this Cave Lord.
For a simple reason.
The suprely imposing Reggie Dragon, the Demon King, had left an indelible impression on him!
There was a ti when he was one among that vast army.
And that lord, with a re glance, made tens of thousands of demons, including him, tremble and prostrate on the ground.
He did not want to return to those days.
But he wanted even less to be an enemy of the Lord Demon King...
"Your Majesty... it seems Hell has not forgotten this place, we must make a choice!"
"A choice?"
Alachinos suddenly stopped shaking.
Pair after pair of crimson pupils moved downward, looking down with an oppressive pose at that bold-speaking subject.
"A choice?! You want to surrender? Never! I've had enough of the Demon King's rule! My children can only be my nourishnt, the Weaving Shadow Nest will never be slaves! Let Hell go to hell, let the Demon God go to hell!"
She bellowed, becoming even more agitated.
However, when it ca to the last sentence, that voluptuous and charming body still shuddered uncontrollably.
After all, Earth Cave Spiders were different from ratn, the latter never believed in the Demon God nor cared about their lies, but Earth Cave Spiders still held so belief in the Demon God!
Of course.
That was different from submitting to Hell.
Those pampered High-level Demons had long betrayed the Demon God, they truly did not care about returning to the surface and yet still unreasonably sent the children of the Demon God to die on the surface!

Alachinos had never betrayed the Demon God; the wrong ones were those who had distorted the Demon God's intentions!
As for that curse just now, it was purely because she was too agitated and her mouth slipped unintentionally.

Alachinos narrowed her eyes, looking at the tiny spider beneath her.

It seed sowhat interesting.
"Explain in detail."
Under the pressure of her bloodline, Alakdo let out a chittering sound, but still forced himself to calm down, speaking in a deep tone.
"The Demon King... I an, the Demon King, chose our place as the entry point for taking up residence in the labyrinth after careful consideration. I speculate that to him, compared to other forces in the labyrinth, obviously, the Weaving Shadow Nest poses the smallest threat... Ah, I an no disrespect to you."
Alachinos waved a forelimb nonchalantly, interested in continuing the conversation.
"I don't mind, keep talking!"
Alakdo breathed a sigh of relief, and continued.
"Since we are not the main obstacle to the new Demon King taking over the labyrinth, there's obviously no reason for him to start with us... as long as we don't run into it ourselves."
"Not only that, the labyrinth is currently divided amongst many powers, and that's when he's most lacking support. If we take the initiative to approach him expressing the will to submit at this ti, even if he knows it's our temporary expedient, he would likely turn a blind eye to our ostensible compliance."
"This would grant us valuable breathing space, we can attack or defend... and we might even suggest subtly that the chaos on the first floor of the labyrinth is due to our archenemies — those lizards hiding in the sewers!"
Looking at the queen, who was clearly enticed, Alakdo slowly raised his head, adopting an uplifting tone.
"When the new Demon King and Reggie Dragon's old followers are both injured from their fight, we will undoubtedly have accumulated enough power!"

In the great hall below the Demon King Territory, Earth Cave Spiders were lined up by the wall with crossed legs, and thumb-thick Demon Crystals were piled up like small hills.
Initially, the players were not very skilled at excavating and had to scratch around with a knife for a long ti to find the right spot, ending up sprayed in the face with spider juice, forcibly earning the halo of putrid plague.
Luckily, the players had no sense of sll, otherwise, just the stench could have caused a substantial decrease in their numbers.
However, this situation didn't last too long.
As they dug, the players got the hang of it, quickly going from one spider in three minutes to three spiders in one minute, and the fastest even achieving three spiders in three seconds.
Unfortunately, there were no longer enough Earth Cave Spider corpses.
