As Berkner said, Ogiro acts as though the Early Spring Campaign never happened.
Other than keeping the Gloomwood Knights near the convoy at all tis, it never sends any other troops to confront the convoy head-on again.
And so, protected by six legions, the huge convoy heads south like both a migration and a parade.
After losing the Early Spring Campaign, Ogiro naturally wants revenge.
But before they can make a plan, Peace Haven makes its move first.
Henwell personally leads the Lord Iron Guards, the Cavalry Patrol Regint, and the Second Mixed Legion to the southeast corner of Peace Haven's southern region, with their blades pointed straight into Ogiro territory.
Counting the Second Legion already stationed there under Gevana, Peace Haven has deployed two full elite legions, one fierce cavalry regint, and a small knight order in that direction.
Henwell's personal presence alone is enough to make Ogiro take the matter very seriously.
Having fought Peace Haven many tis, Ogiro is well aware of the strength of these two legions.
To stop this ard force, Ogiro needs to transfer at least two ace legions, with two standing legions supporting them.
That is under the assumption that Henwell does not personally enter the field.
If Ogiro wants to defeat them, the strength it prepares must at least double.
More importantly, movent appears in Peace Haven's eastern region as well.
Kivel, commander of the eastern region, suddenly leads Peace Haven's Third and Fourth Legions, together with three garrison warbands, across the default boundary line and pushes forward more than ten kiloters.
Seeing their advance press right up against Ogiro's fortress line, the aning is already obvious.
Henwell has issued a warning and silently shown his bottom line.
What choice to make next is up to the decision-makers of Diversion Bay.
What choice is there?
Right now, one-third of Ogiro's ard forces are invading Lumir, another third still have to defend the interior and other borders, and the final third serves as backup for the invading army.
If they fight Peace Haven now, where are they supposed to find troops to move?
Under normal circumstances, great powers have mature thods for dealing with small but elite forces like Peace Haven.
In the current situation, if it were any other small force, Ogiro could simply shrink its northwestern defensive line and give up a great deal of land.
It could concentrate its troops, crush Lumir's main force first, and then, after the main battlefield is settled, concentrate its forces again and wipe Peace Haven out.
However, Peace Haven is not rely small and elite. It is also very hard.
Its attitude is hard, and its defensive thods are hard as well.
Normally, if a small force temporarily occupies national territory, it cannot digest that land, much less defend it afterward.
But Peace Haven happens to have the miraculous thing known as reinforced concrete.
If Ogiro truly dares to do this, Henwell will probably send Diversion Bay a banner of thanks.
By the ti Ogiro recovers and wants to seize those territories back, the concrete in Peace Haven's fortresses may already be growing moss.
In the past, everyone thought Henwell's so-called extraordinary construction was simply sowhat wasteful.
But things are different now. After several brutal battles, everyone has discovered that fortresses made from this extraordinary material do indeed have huge strategic military value.
For example, Ika has begun sending people to make contact.
They are discussing buying cent from Peace Haven and preparing to build fortresses on the territory they just gained.
This shows that concrete fortresses have truly been recognized by the various countries.
Ogiro is naturally well aware of this too, so it does not dare relax its blockade of Peace Haven.
Even less can it let Peace Haven gain more benefits from Ogiro.
Since it cannot continue fighting Peace Haven now, Diversion Bay of course harshly condemns Peace Haven for interfering in the war.
For a ti, the two sides begin shouting insults at each other from afar, but neither side takes any more extre actions.
On the surface, the two sides are cursing each other fiercely, looking as if they may roll up their sleeves and start fighting at any mont.
In reality, within these few short days, the two sides have reached a preliminary understanding on the matter of the supply convoy.
Unless it encounters terrain that is truly difficult, Peace Haven's southbound supply convoy will no longer casually change its route.
It also cannot deliberately affect or obstruct the developnt of the war, especially by blocking the marching routes of reinforcents Diversion Bay sends to the front.
In response, Ogiro will no longer attack or obstruct the southward movent of the supply convoy.
The areas and towns the convoy passes through will no longer seal themselves off from it.
The convoy can obtain water, food, and other supplies from those places.
As a result, a very strange scene appears inside Lumir.
The central region is being beaten bloody, while in the occupied zone to the east, a Lumir army is actually following the convoy south the whole ti.
The people in these occupied areas are dumbfounded. Beside them is the army of an invading enemy country, while outside their towns is a massive army from their own duchy.
Neither side shows the slightest intention of fighting. Although there are many hostile standoffs, neither side ever crosses a certain line.
Gradually, so clever people realize that this huge convoy has a safe zone, and the force responsible for security there is Peace Haven's army.
Afterward, so bold civilians try making contact with the huge convoy.
They actually receive so commissioned tasks: transporting water, purchasing grain, fruits and vegetables, fresh at, eggs, and milk.
As paynt, the convoy can pay gold coins directly or exchange refined goods.
Before long, a mobile market actually forms wherever the convoy stops.
Then sothing even more unbelievable happens. Ogiro officers disguised as civilians co to the convoy with large amounts of gold and silver.
So purchase large amounts of military equipnt for their country, temporarily replenishing their troops.
Others want Peace Haven to deliver the wealth they plundered to their families back ho.
The convoy agrees to both kinds of requests.
Especially the latter kind of cross-border transfer. Peace Haven refuses no one and takes every order.
They are rely earning a service fee.
It is not so wicked thing. Before Lumir went to war, this kind of business was handled by Lumir's Trade Alliance.
But now Peace Haven can only do the work for them. Compared to the thirty percent service fee the Trade Alliance once charged, Peace Haven is quite conscientious.
It only charges half.
Not half of thirty percent, but half of the entire transfer amount.
Black-hearted?
What are you talking about?
Peace Haven will deliver the remaining half of the money to their families in a reasonable way, without arousing suspicion and without leaving any aftereffects.
Rember, their money is not exactly clean, and it is hidden from their superiors as private loot.
Put simply, Peace Haven's transfer is not rely an international remittance. It launders the money along the way as well.
Charging half is already Peace Haven's grand opening promotion for entering finance.
Also, no one questions Peace Haven's credibility. After all, they hold a deposit-transfer receipt stamped with the seal of the lord of Blood Hill.
A receipt carrying Henwell's signature and seal has real collectible value in its own right.
