Chapter 133: Chapter 133 Seeing the Maid Evil Spirit
Hua Jinyan quietly listened as Tao Ti recounted the events that occurred during her trip. Though Tao Ti was fairly articulate, she was still young and soon her story veered off into tales about her “Xiao Ni” and “Xiao Mo,” taking the conversation off track.
“Look, these are my ‘Xiao Ni’ and ‘Xiao Mo’!”
Tao Ti turned to find Tao Shen, who hurriedly approached and handed over the bag that hadn’t yet been put into the fish tank.
She started to boast nonstop, “Look how pretty they are! As long as they get enough sunlight, their color becos redder and even more beautiful!”
Caught up in her excitent, she had already forgotten her initial enthusiasm and reluctance to give back the Rainbow Relic, casually handing it back before continuing to introduce her pets incessantly.

Then, turning towards the darker one, she smiled with brightened eyes, “This is Xiao Mo, its color is deeper and it has a bigger appetite than Xiao Ni!”
The forsaken Rainbow Relic Beads Bracelet quietly lay in Hua Jinyan’s palm. Hua Jinyan pursed his lips and after a long while finally spoke, asking, “Don’t you like it anymore? I thought… I’d give it to you.”
“It’s pretty,” Tao Ti cocked her head to look at the Rainbow Relic, but her attention was soon captured by the swimming fish as she cooed in a childlike tone, “This is very expensive. I heard from Grandpa Fensi and my elder brother that it was auctioned off, quite a rare item!”
“My mother won it at an auction.”
“Then you definitely can’t give it to !” Tao Ti looked earnestly at Hua Jinyan, speaking seriously in her childlike voice, “How can you give away sothing that soone else gave to you? Your mother would be unhappy, she spent a lot of money to win it at auction!”
Suddenly, Tao Ti moved closer to him, whispering into his ear, “I’ll tell you a secret. Whoever has this will have a transparent, glowing shield around them! Those evil spirits always bully you, but with this shield, they can’t get close to you! You must wear it all the ti, and don’t give it away to anyone!”
Her soft voice carried genuine care, and as she spoke, her lips inadvertently brushed against his earlobe, causing his entire ear to warm up.
Blushing, Hua Jinyan nodded, “Whatever you say, I’ll listen.”
Tao Ti felt that Hua Jinyan was very cooperative, more so than Xiao Lingzhi who, although had surrendered after being tickled and agreed to call her “sister,” was not obedient at all.
She patted Hua Jinyan’s hand like a little adult and urged, “Then put it on quickly! And don’t take it off! Look, there’s a bad thing coming!”
In the view of both Tao Ti and Hua Jinyan, an evil spirit dressed as a maid appeared, approaching ominously, but it began to tremble upon seeing the Rainbow Relic and ran upstairs.
“It ran away!” Tao Ti rubbed her hands together, feeling a bit regretful, “That’s one less piece of chocolate.”
Hua Jinyan followed the maid evil spirit’s trail with his eyes, his dark pupils profound.

Little Taotie obediently nodded, saying truthfully, “An evil spirit wearing an apron. She went upstairs.”
Hua Jinyan added, “It must have been a maid.”
