Little Taotie’s eyes brightened with the increasingly rich layers of flavor. It was a taste from a Foreign Land, a delightful taste, a presence that combined color, aroma, and taste perfectly from appearance to flavor.
Little Taotie was sowhat enchanted by this creamy texture of cherry-flavored foie gras. She didn’t gobble it down but rather savored the delicacy with great appreciation, biting gently, sipping, and swallowing. The whole process lted in her mouth, fragrant and sweet. Before she realized, she had leisurely tasted it all!
Looking at the now-empty transparent box, Little Taotie instinctively licked her lips, like a little greedy cat still savoring the taste that lingered on her lips.
The teacher from the guidance office stood by the window watching for a while. After seeing Little Taotie finish, she didn’t rush in to disturb her. Instead, she waited until Little Taotie put on her mask before opening the door and entering, timing it perfectly.
Little Taotie lifted her eyes, still showing a trace of satisfaction, as if a Big Cat wanting to roll around after a good al.
The guidance office teacher smiled warmly, "How was it, tasty?"
Faced with the teacher’s warm smile, Little Taotie nodded vigorously, "Delicious!" Her childish voice was crisp, conveying her joyful mood.
"Do you want more? I have a few more boxes here. I was afraid you might not like the taste, so I didn’t bring them out at first, but they were all ant for you originally."
Before Little Taotie could refuse, the guidance office teacher found a bag to pack them for her and said with a smile, "Co by after school."
The class bell rang, and the guidance office teacher let Little Taotie return to her classroom.
Seeing Little Taotie return safely, the horoom teacher breathed a sigh of relief, concernedly asking, "The director didn’t give you a hard ti, did she?"
Little Taotie shook her head.
The horoom teacher saw the math teacher arriving, "Alright, quick, get back to your seat."
Little Taotie nodded, trotting back to her seat.
Hua Jinyan noticed her return and, seeing the lazy smile in her eyes, guessed that she had gone out to eat sothing delicious, and asked with a smile, "What delicious treat did the guidance office director give you this ti?"
Could it be that I have cherry cream on my lips? Little Taotie’s eyes widened with confusion as she looked at Hua Jinyan.
She touched her mouth and realized her mask was still on, so even if sothing had gotten on her, Hua Jinyan couldn’t have seen it.
Her confusion grew heavier, and she asked curiously, "How do you know?"
"Every ti you go there, you always co back looking like a Big Cat nicely fed, with a lazy and joyful look in your eyes."
"Who’s a Big Cat!"
Little Taotie huffed, "I’m not lazy!"
Hua Jinyan laughed, "Alright, alright, you’re not lazy, and you’re not a Big Cat."
Little Taotie shot him a sidelong glance, just about to say sothing when they heard, "Class is starting."
The whole class stood up and greeted the teacher, then sat down, quietly preparing to listen.
Little Taotie was no exception, sitting quietly and earnestly listening to the lesson.
The math teacher noticed Little Taotie wearing a mask but didn’t pay much attention, assuming she might have a cold.
When the math class ended, the horoom teacher ca in again.
She was now equipped with a cara, a high-definition one, much higher resolution than a phone.
She was ready to capture at any mont, forever preserving Little Taotie’s little gap-toothed appearance!
The horoom teacher stated: She’s a big shot with countless students’ dark history in her hands! Waiting for her students to grow up and then sharing their childhood mories!
The horoom teacher has a "small" wish, which is to gather all the students she has taught when she’s in her seventies or eighties, preferably at a big restaurant with a large screen, and play every child’s childhood mories!
