The mission ca just like that. Yuanyuan smiled, squinting as she took Little Taotie’s hand. "Co on, ti to test your acting skills and your appetite. Mission ti has arrived!"
Xiangxiang frowned. "Little Taotie said on D-Sound that you can’t waste food or binge eat, and now you’re going to have her compete with a Hungry Ghost on who can eat more? Everyone will think she says one thing and does another, she’ll get dragged."
Yuanyuan: "That’s why I said it’s ti to test her acting skills."
"What do you an?" Xiangxiang blocked the way.
Yuanyuan laughed. "Relax. We’re going abroad, she’ll be in disguise. As long as she doesn’t expose that she’s Little Taotie, no one will be able to guess."
"The Boss agreed to this?" Xiangxiang knit her brows.
Yuanyuan raised her phone. The mission was sent to directly by the Boss, skipping over the team captain, and he even nad Little Taotie to co along and broaden her horizons. Clearly, the Boss also thinks Little Taotie can handle it.
Little Taotie lifted her head to look upstairs. Her Little Dimple sank in slightly.
"Let’s go, we’ll find Lou Lan to do your makeup first." Yuanyuan held Little Taotie’s hand and went to find another teammate.
Lou Lan was a Makeup Artist in the Special Departnt, and she also had a skill called Bone Crushing.
Lou Lan was lying in a wicker chair, leisurely munching on sunflower seeds. When she saw soone coming, she raised her eyes to glance at Yuanyuan. "You need to dress up as a big fatty again today?"
"Yeah. Make look like a foreigner, and Little Taotie’s joining the operation this ti too. Turn her into a little foreign boy so nobody recognizes her."
Lou Lan picked up the brushes by her hands. A faint, colorful glow flashed by. This was Lou Lan’s Special Ability: she could draw on all the colors between heaven and earth. Her eyeballs were different from ordinary people’s—what was monochro to others was multicolored in her eyes.
Little Taotie knew everyone in the Special Departnt had their own unique skill—like how she could see Ghosts and deal with them—but as for what the others could do, she hadn’t really known before. This ti, it really was opening the door to a whole new world.
Sitting in front of the mirror, she watched her own face change bit by bit. Yuanyuan’s chubby little cheeks sprouted pronounced cheekbones, the Little Dimple disappeared, her big round eyes turned into long, narrow, upturned ones, her nose bridge was raised, and her entire face shape took on a distinctly European-Arican look.
Little Taotie glanced at the tabletop, then at Lou Lan, her big eyes full of disbelief.

Little Taotie was a child star. Before going on shows, she would go backstage for the Makeup Artist to change her outfit, and sotis they’d paint on special effects too. The transformation could be pretty shocking, but that all needed props and gadgets. On TV you couldn’t really see the flaws, but up close the loopholes were huge—one look and you knew it was fake.
Little Taotie leaned in close to the mirror, checking the left side, then the right. She couldn’t spot a single flaw. It looked so natural, like she’d been born that way.
Lou Lan rubbed her chin. "Let’s change your hair color too."
As she spoke, her brush flicked a few tis in the air. The bristles were instantly dyed a golden yellow, and the mont that golden yellow touched Little Taotie’s hair, her jet-black locks turned into a head of dazzling gold.
Lou Lan nodded in satisfaction and pointed at the third wardrobe on the left. "That’s where the latest kids’ fashions from overseas are. Go pick sothing out yourself."
Little Taotie was still in shock, woodenly being pushed in front of the wardrobe. Then the doors swung open, and her gaze was instantly drawn to the clothes inside.

Actually, this wardrobe was prepared for Hua Jinyan. Ever since Lou Lan learned that two little cuties had arrived in the Special Departnt, she’d gone out and stocked up on a bunch of children’s clothing. She knew she’d need them sooner or later—she just hadn’t expected that the boys’ outfits wouldn’t go to Hua Jinyan first, but would end up being used on Little Taotie instead.
