Another table was 0.01 seconds faster than them!
Just a 0.01-second difference, and they missed the chance to move on to the next round.
"I told you, if we lose because of you, you’d face punishnt!"
"It’s all your fault, just one bite left, you burden!"
"If you hadn’t insisted on switching seats, our table would definitely have won!"
They also noted how fast the small White Person ate. If he hadn’t been switched away, he definitely would’ve eaten faster than the three, possibly even helping them out, making their speed faster, and they might have already passed!
