Little Taotie drew a red ball again.
The staff mber opened the slips of paper inside each ball.
White slip: Please entertain the guests and make them feel satisfied.
Red slip: Prepare a surprise gift.
The staff mber explained with a smile, “The red ball is to assist the white ball.”
“If you had drawn the task to work for the villagers, then it would have been to prepare a surprise gift for the villagers. If you had drawn to perform in town, then it would have been to prepare a surprise gift for the audience.”
“Now that you’ve drawn to entertain guests, it ans you should prepare a surprise gift for your guests.”
Gu Yixing, King of Film Xu, and Cheng Lu had also washed up and co out, hearing the task arranged by the staff mber.
King of Film Xu asked, “Who are the guests?”
The staff mber smiled, “They’ll arrive soon, I’ll take my leave now.”
“Don’t go!” Gu Yixing frowned, “Are you setting so kind of trap for us? If our guests aren’t satisfied with us, will there be a penalty?”
The staff mber gave a mysterious smile, “That’s not sothing to reveal now.”
“Avoiding a straight answer, that says it all.” Gu Yixing said coldly.
The staff mber turned and ran, not wishing to linger a mont longer, fearing to be drawn into saying more.

Just after they had finished eating the stead buns they had traded for from the villagers, the guests arrived.
It was a family of four.
The man was a washed-up male model but still maintained a great figure, with sharp facial features that were strikingly defined.
The woman was a singer who wasn’t very good-looking, but she had a very pleasant voice and was still quite famous, with many dedicated fans.
They had two children, the elder daughter was seven years old, resembling her father with delicate features and deep-set eyes, standing a head taller than her peers.
Xiao Lingzhi, the sa age as her, stood next to her, looking much younger with her short arms and legs.
The little boy, three years old, was soft and chubby, adorably cute, seeming to have picked the best features from both parents, inheriting his father’s handso deep-set eyes and his mother’s round, harmless little round face.
The family introduced themselves. The elder daughter’s nickna was Little Jasmine because she loved jasmine flowers. As a baby, whenever she cried, her mother would sing about jasmine flowers, and then she would stop crying.
The little son was nad Little Stead Bun because, although his mother didn’t usually like stead buns, she craved them during her pregnancy and would insist on eating them often, usually in the middle of the night.
The children played while the adults chatted inside the house, passing the ti together.
Little Jasmine said to Little Taotie and Xiao Lingzhi, “Today is my parents’ wedding anniversary, and we want to prepare a gift, but we can’t think of what to get. Can you help us think of sothing?”
Little Stead Bun eagerly nodded his little head along, “We want Mom and Dad to be happy!”
Xiao Lingzhi pointed towards the mountain, “We can pick flowers and give them to your parents!”
“Wouldn’t that be a bit too ordinary?” Little Jasmine worriedly asked.
