After speaking, Vice President Qian picked up the rubber baton from the ground again, walked over to Qian Sheng and Wang ili, showing no hesitation, and a harsh look flashed in his eyes.
Then he raised the baton and struck Qian Sheng and Wang ili's legs fiercely!

The piercing screams echoed again, Qian Sheng and Wang ili's legs were both broken by Vice President Qian!
The two writhed on the ground in agony, caught between life and death.
