At the periphery of the Myriad Demon Realm, a certain demonic aura seed to entwine, almost condensing into liquid form. As Ye Mo and the others stood within it, they could feel their own breath being drawn by this aura, as if it might burst out at any mont.
"These gray mists are the demonic aura congealed into form, perfect for the ’demon’s cultivation."
Dantai Zanglian’s face was solemn as she looked around at the surroundings, which was a pitch-black forest. The grayish demonic aura covering it significantly limited their perception.
"We must be cautious; every tree here might be a demonic tree, and there could even be ones at the Divine Venerate Realm. We have to be extrely careful with every step we take."
Li Xiuyuan advised.
Ye Mo was constantly activating the Eye of the Divine Beast, but the demonic aura was so strange that even the effectiveness of the Eye was greatly diminished.
The four treaded through the forest, neither daring to move too quickly nor to fly, as everything in the Myriad Demon Realm was unknown and perilous to them.
Rustle!
At this mont, the sound of footsteps treading over fallen leaves rang out, making the four tense up, and the wraith energy in their Dantian started to spin.
"Could it be a demon?"
Ye Mo’s gaze turned to one side, from where the sound was coming.

However, before they could finish their words, the massive trees on that side began to break one by one, and the fallen leaves beneath were all blown away. A figure was seen rushing directly at Ye Mo.
Ye Mo raised an eyebrow and t it with a punch.

Fist and palm clashed, and they both retreated a few steps.
"Not a demon?"
When that figure saw Ye Mo’s form clearly, a sigh of surprise escaped its lips.
"Who are you?"
Ye Mo couldn’t help asking, realizing that both sides had mistaken each other for demons.
"We are people of the Loulan Clan; I am Loulan Star, here to the Myriad Demon Realm in search of opportunity."
This was a man whose appearance was quite remarkable.
The Loulan Clan, in the Wraith Land, was considered a strong family, although not as strong as the Wraith Clan and the Dead Soul Royal Family, they had not beco a subsidiary of these two families either.
Moreover, a peculiarity of the Loulan Clan was that each generation consisted entirely of males, so to propagate, they always sought won from outside clans.
At this ti, two more people hurried over to stand behind the man, apparently accomplices of Loulan Star.
"So, you’re from the Loulan Clan; we’re disciples of the Wraith Clan."
Dantai Zanglian clearly knew of the Loulan Clan and was interested in making their acquaintance due to their particularly strong sense of perception.
"You are disciples of the Wraith Clan?"
Loulan Star hadn’t expected to et disciples of the Wraith Clan in the Myriad Demon Realm, and seeing Dantai Zanglian, he was visibly excited. Martial artists daring to enter the Myriad Demon Realm are all strong; if he could pursue Dantai Zanglian and marry a genius girl from the Wraith Clan, his status would undoubtedly be solidified.
"Yes!"
Dantai Zanglian nodded repeatedly.
"We’ve wandered the outer regions of the Myriad Demon Realm for over a month and killed many demons, but our strength is insufficient. Why don’t we travel together, and we can look out for each other?"
Loulan Star suggested.
"Senior Sister Zanglian, we don’t know what these guys’ motives are, and they were all bright-eyed when looking at you."
Ye Mo quietly reminded her.
"The n of the Loulan Clan look at all won this way. They’ve stayed on the outskirts for a month and are familiar with the environnt here; their sensing abilities are good, so teaming up with them could reduce our risk, too."
Dantai Zanglian responded, then said to Loulan Star, "Alright."
"That’s wonderful! May I ask for the na of this beautiful young lady?"
Loulan Star asked, smiling.
"Are you here to find opportunities or to flirt?"
Qin Yong, very displeased, remarked.
"Senior Brother Qin Yong, we are already partners, and sharing nas is only appropriate. My na is Dantai Zanglian, this is Li Xiuyuan, this is Qin Yong, and this is Ye Mo."
Dantai Zanglian didn’t want to miss any chance that could benefit this mission.
"I’m Loulan Star, and these are Loulan Yang and Loulan Yue. Are you here in the Myriad Demon Realm to slay the Lord of Myriad Demons?"
Loulan Star asked in surprise.
"Also? Is there soone else?"
Dantai Zanglian asked in surprise.
"We’ve been on the outskirts, and several Divine Venerate practitioners have rushed into the mid-region, including a strong one at the Divine Venerable Seven Souls. I’ve vaguely heard that the Myriad Demon Realm will soon undergo an anomaly, and the Lord of Myriad Demons will break through to the Divine Venerate Eight Souls that day. Those Divine Venerate strong practitioners intend to kill the Lord of Myriad Demons during its tribulation."
Loulan Star explained.
"What? Ascending? Tribulation?"
This news evidently shocked Dantai Zanglian, who hadn’t expected the Lord of Myriad Demons to attempt a breakthrough to the Divine Venerate Eight Souls.
"Yes, I originally thought you were also here to kill the Lord of Myriad Demons, but considering your strength, you’d be going to your death. I think we should stay on the outskirts, killing demons."
Loulan Star suggested.

Ye Mo said insistently, knowing that under normal circumstances, they couldn’t possibly kill the Lord of Myriad Demons.

After a mont of thought, Dantai Zanglian said, "Loulan Star, we four are preparing to head to the inner region, would you like to go with us?"
"Well?"
Loulan Star pondered briefly, thinking that if he could go in and impress, he might win Dantai Zanglian’s heart. He nodded his head, "Alright, after all, with you around, there’s no need to fear encountering powerful demons."
Loulan Star’s two companions also nodded, understanding his interest in pursuing Dantai Zanglian.
"Since that’s the case, let’s set off then!"
The seven set off on their journey to the inner region. Along the way through the outskirts, they encountered so demons, including demonic trees, mountain demons, and tiger demons, but their strength was relatively weak, and Ye Mo and others could handle them easily. Upon reaching the mid-region, however, the demons’ strength was greatly enhanced, having reached the strength of the Divine Venerate Five Souls, and Loulan Star’s group dared not venture in lightly.
After ten full days, the seven of them finally erged from the forest, yet the surroundings were still shrouded in a hazy gray mist. However, they realized they had entered a mountain forest, surrounded by uneven rocks and even tombstones inscribed with bizarre runes.
"It seems we’ve entered the mid-region of the Myriad Demon Realm; we must tread carefully and never be careless."
Dantai Zanglian advised, spreading her heart spirit strength completely.
