Rui blasted Ieyasu with powerful blow after blow as he deactivated gamind and activated Hypertrophic Surge and Neo Godspeed instead. The tachypsychia and prolonged use of gamind had strained and stressed his mind, not that he rembered that. The hypnotic amnesia had already stressed his mind even further, thus he truly could not afford to put his brain under any more pressure.
Before sealing off his mories, Rui had implanted a suggestion in his head that conveyed the urgency of winning the battle as soon as possible since he wouldn't rember why after he lost important mories. He couldn't allow his hypnotic amnesia to sabotage his own strategic considerations.
On top of that, Adaptive Evolution was dynamic and ever changing. The information load of the battle had lowered significantly, thus he no longer needed the extra cognitive power of gamind to defeat his opponent.
What he needed was power and speed.

Ieyasu's eyes flared with ferocity and willpower as he pushed himself to the very limit to defend against Rui's incoming onslaught.

A second blow blasted him away, yet Rui imdiately raced for a follow-up, refusing to let up. His fist flew at Ieyasu's face, instantly causing the latter to raise his guard.
Unfortunately, it was just another feint.

Ieyasu grimaced after leaping away.
Yet, Rui had foreseen that as well.

An onslaught of blows flew to blast his opponent.
Each and every one of them struck hard and true.
Each and every one of them weaved past his attack as Rui abused offensive feinting and misdirecting to the absolute maximum.
The VOID algorithm allowed him to foresee how Ieyasu would react to any and all attacks while the SOUL System allowed him to know how to interpret the non-verbal communication of how his attention and awareness would shift.
The latter allowed Rui to increase the effectiveness of his feints while the forr allowed him to choose which outco he wanted the most.
Defensively, these two systems of thought were limited to rely foreseeing attacks ahead of ti and allowing him to evade or defend against them with absolute perfection in ways that he couldn't otherwise.
However, they were entirely different beasts offensively.
Offensively, they didn't just allow Rui to avoid the inevitable, they allowed him to choose the future he wanted.
Out of the infinite futures that the battle between them could go, Rui could pick and choose which future he wanted.
The very strings of fate were firmly grasped in his hands.
An invincible force that could not be stopped.

With each passing blow, he showed the world why he was the strongest of his Realm.

A calamitous Flowing Canon empowered with Yin-Yang Spear and Outer Convergence blasted him away.
Each attack chipped away at his defenses as Rui managed to weave past every form of defense he conjured.
Every guard, every dispersion technique, every collision-oriented defensive technique.
None of them were enough to protect him from Rui Quarrier Silas Kandria. In fact, if not for the sheer number of powerful techniques that Ieyasu had, the battle would have already been over already.
Yet, they couldn't put Rui off forever.

An onslaught of elbow and knee strikes crashed into the stationary target. Elbow and knees were more powerful deliverers of force than fists and feet. Their only shortcomings were their highly limited range and the difficulty of using them against moving targets.

Rui could feel his opponent's ulna bone crack with the attack.
He slled blood in the water.

The battle proceeded as Rui's aggression grew with each passing mont. His attacks pounded against Ieyasu's failing defenses.

The alliance Martial Artists grew increasingly severe with each passing mont as they witnessed the battle tend to the inevitable defeat of the Chosen One.
The air across the entire region boiled as Rui's offensive power was pushed to the very limit and he truly squeezed out the most out of his remaining stamina.

Ieyasu stumbled as one of his knees fell to the ground.
Rui's black eyes sharpened as he willfully burned his energy reserves for the sake of ensuring
that there was no mistake.
There couldn't afford to be any mistake.
Ieyasu couldn't be allowed to turn the tables.

Rui began an anti-defensive onslaught of attacks whose sole purpose was to strip the defenses of his opponent and create an opportunity for the final attack.
It was systematic.

An endless barrage of swift and short blows whittled Ieyasu's guard out of the way past his countless defensive techniques. Yet, Rui had adaptively evolved his timing and placent to

And thus, the climax of the battle drew closer as Rui exerted himself the very limit, drawing energy from every muscle, every cell of his Body.
Ti slowed down in his eyes as his final blow surged towards Ieyasu.
And yet, a soft smile appeared on Ieyasu's face.
A single remark escaped him as the finishing blow surged towards him.
"Right straight punch: 100%."

Chills crawled across Rui's skin as his attack crashed into an empty image.
A feint.

The bone in Rui's forearm cracked as Ieyasu blasted him with a Yin-Yang Spear of
unparalleled power.
Pure shock erged on Rui's face as he bore witness to the blood-red eyes Ieyasu sported.
A single whisper escaped him.
"You have shown the way."
Rui's expression crumpled with horror as endless darkness erged from the depths of
Ieyasu's mind.
An infinite void.
