Across a landscape of snow and frost, countless frost giants wreaked havoc, unleashing blizzards of great cold and force. With each breath they heaved, heaven and earth chilled over as a new layer of ice ford about them.

"RRRARGARGHRARHHRHRH!!!" the humanoid monsters roared with profound intensity, quaking the very world around them with each roar.

Each monster unleashed a blizzard that was capable of altering the climate of an entire planet with its own power. If not for the insulating properties of the Beast Domain, the Panama Continent may very well have been frozen over in endless ice, frost, and frigid temperatures.

It was precisely in order to prevent them from ever escaping the Central Highlands of the Beast Domain that the Martial Sages of the Virodhabhasa Theocracy fought with all their power to slay them in their own domain.

The Martial Pontifex's expression curled with murderous wrath as his hands wrapped around a jotun, crushing it with all his power even as the frost spread across the entirety of his olive skin.

With a single smooth sweep, he blasted the jotun into the land beneath his feet with a fearso throw, releasing an astronomical shockwave that erged from the monster, spreading across the entire region violently.

The sheer weight of his throw shook heaven and earth, leaving the jotun crushed and mangled. With a single attack, he felled a quasi-Transcendent monster.

He dispelled the layer of ice and frost that spread about his religious ethnic Martial attire, comprised of what resembled a fusion between a Martial Gi and a religious gown. Before he knew it, he was surrounded by several more jotuns that threatened to flash freeze him where he stood.

The Martial Pontifex's eyes intensified as he unleashed an extraordinarily powerful electromagnetic field, using the lorentz force to ensure his physical shackle over them was unshakable as his hands and arms locked on to their frosty, white fur.

"RARGH!" he snarled, unleashing a powerful spiral maneuver that launched all jotuns flying away with imnsely destructive montum.

The injured jotuns shivered as the sheer impact broke even their quasi-Transcendent bones, pausing the conflict on the battlefield for a brief mont.

The Martial Pontifex directed a sweeping gaze across his allies.

"We are envoys of Lord Virodhabhasa," he growled. "We cannot besmirch his sacred na with defeat against these savage monsters. Do not let up!"

The Martial Sages of the Virodhabhasa Theocracy grew energized by the words of the Martial Pontifex, going all out as they fought the jotuns with all their power. Though not all Martial Sages among the Virodhabhasans were nearly as devout in their devotion to the Antithesis.

Sage Nathen sumrsaulted through the air, smoothly maneuvering about the freezing wide-scale attacks of the jotuns with a grim expression. While the Martial Pontifex appeared relatively unbothered by the cold, the sa couldn't be said for regular Martial Sages, who felt themselves almost freezing in the presence of the extraordinary cold that humanoid frost-furred monsters unleashed.

Each step that the monster took unleashed a layer of almost absolute zero frost across heaven and earth.

"Grfff…" The humanoid monster's pupils dilated as they fixated on Sage Nathen. "RAAAWWWRRRR!!!"

A wave cold erge from the monster as it swept over the entire region as it forced Nathen to retreat, trying to figure out how to bypass the cold capable of freezing him to death where he stood.

anwhile, Sage Sariawar was of an entirely different caliber of intensity.

Ever since she had fully and truly accepted Rui as the Antithesis, the intensity of her drive to fulfill his will had only grown ever more intense. She, a once disbeliever, had fully co to revere Rui as the one true Virodhabhasa.

"He ordered us to exterminate all of you," her voice even colder than the frost that the jotuns released. "And that is exactly what I will do."

Her eyes sharpened.

"His will is absolute."

She unleashed a flurry of blows and attacks across the jotuns, inflicting many wounds across their frosty body, only for them to be healed as another layer of ice ford above them, returning them exactly to how they had been before.

She danced about, never once taking her heart and mind off of her God, unleashing an onslaught upon the monsters with a ferocious power. The other Martial Sages shared a similar degree of intensity as they combated the jotuns in the na of the Antithesis.

Ever since Rui had broken through to the Sage Realm in what had amounted to becoming the most extraordinary breakthrough that the world had ever seen, any final shreds of doubt that any of them had had were gone.

In their minds, he was the savior.

He would deliver them from the apocalypse of the Beast Incursion with his incredible power. He was the all-powerful deity that would deliver dawn upon the Era of Darkness and return peace to the world. BOOOOOOOOOOOOM BOOOOOOOOOOOOM BOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!!!

The Martial Pontifex nodded with approval as he watched the others fight the jotuns with all their power. They were on track to make sure that they weren't going to be the last one to reach the very epicenter. The plan that all the powerhouses had agreed upon was that they would need coordinate and make sure that the final operation of slaying the Beast That Roared at the very center of the Beast Domain needed to be a joint operation featuring all surviving Martial Sages.

That ant that the joint operation was only held back by the slowest group, which he sorely wanted to avoid, to ensure that they were not proven to be weak followers of the Antithesis.
