The mining process was composed of breaking solidified igneous rock into small pieces that could be absorbed into processing furnaces that would lt the solidified igneous sedints into lava once more, while relying on a centrifuge to create a division in the constituent substances and compounds that ford the lava.

VMMM!

The centrifugal process caused the negatron matter to separate from the rest of the igneous sedint, erging out on the surface thanks to gravitational repelling of ordinary matter and attraction to negatron matter, where it was promptly whisked away by a separation filterer, allowing the mining unit to get pure negatron matter away.

It was then stored in special containnt units that isolated the exotic matter within highly insulated storage units, which were then loaded on a logistical submarine, which, once it had reached its storage limit, would then be escorted by Martial Artists and controlled beasts and monsters back to the Panama Continent.

That wasn’t all.

The second mining process, one that was preferred, was the lava vent extraction system that placed giant volcanic extractors, refashioned with stronger outer armor to ensure that they could withstand the ocean pressure, on the fissures caused by the battle between Rui and the Dragon Emperor.

These directly extracted the lava erging from within the depths of the planet, ensuring that they could skip the process of lting hardened igneous sedint that was ford on the ocean floor, speeding up the processing of the lava and the extraction of the negatron matter.

RUMBLE!

Giant four-legged machines were lowered upon the vents and activated, causing the bottom to open in what resembled a tube-like structure that was plunged into the lava vents, greedily gobbling up all the lava.

The surveillance teams began expanding forth once the initial mining operations base was established, monitoring more environnts for threats and available resources.

Once an area had been scanned, more mining crafts and modified volcanic extractors were brought along after the defensive line was extended by the Martial Artists.

Very rapidly, the Panama Continent began getting its hands on more negatron matter.

It wasn’t just Panamic Civilization, of course.

Each of the six powerhouse nations and countless other smaller states had already begun doing sothing similar, and an even greater number of private firms, individuals, and institutions also partook in their own annexation of parts of the territories at the very bottom of the Great Void Ocean. The periter of the Great Void Ocean began to be encroached by countless parties that began eating away at its territory, going deeper and deeper.

Despite the fact that the Great Void Ocean was absolutely titanic in its area and volu, the number of people who sought its priceless resources was even greater.

Within days, the periter of the ocean had been greatly annexed and was increasingly consud by those who sought to seize its priceless resources. When one plotted the Great Void Ocean on a map and marked the countless tiny camps, bases, and mining outposts, it resembled bacteria eating away at a piece of organic matter, multiplying and spreading farther and deeper.

That was why, despite the astronomical size of the Great Void Ocean, clashes over territory had already begun. Countless private entities clashed with each other over who got to colonize a particularly ripe spot that was gushing with negatron matter.

Although not a single private entity had the courage to pick a fight with the powerhouses of the world, many of them stayed out of the Panamic Civilizational mining operations out of fear.

News of the Dragon Emperor’s death at his hands confird what had already been known about them; The Panamic Civilization was not to be ssed with. This extended to the countless private players within the Panama Continent, who eagerly borrowed from the reputation that Rui had created for them with his trendous feats.

"It seems I’m indebted to you once more, Voider."

Bradt Patrick stood at the helm of a command bridge, walled by a giant screen that displayed a live feed of the ocean outside the submarine, as if it were a window. Its peripherals displayed various paraters, such as ocean temperature, pressure, cruising speed, and depth, as well as position.

The noise of the machine whirring, beeps, and the many n and won running the submarine, keeping it afloat or, rather, subrged within the depths of the ocean.

Their uniforms bore the logo of the Bradt Distribution Services.

The man had visibly aged despite having consud longevity potions that prolonged his lifespan. His skin had grown more wrinkly, while his hair had grown more white; his fra had shrunk more, causing him to look more feeble than he used to. As the leader of the largest naval and marine initiative in the entirety of Panamic Civilization, he had a trendous responsibility.

He had also led the developnt projects of the Economic Corridors of the Panamic Civilization, a project that had been contracted out to none other than him.

Despite having suffered dearly with the Beast Incursion ravaging his forr nation and destroying his business, he had bounced back stronger than ever, creating a distribution empire that was bound to surpass anything he could have possibly dread of before.

"Sir, we have a preliminary report about our distribution venture. So far, we have successfully contracted with seven hundred and eighty-six private entities and thirty-eight national clients who sought our new submarine distribution services," a lady by his side inford him with a serious tone. "The commissions and even the bids for our services keep growing by the second."

"Good," the man remarked with a serious tone. "The more the demand, the more we can charge. With the power of our submarine naval distribution infrastructure, we can acquire enormous amounts of negatron matter without having to mine any of it ourselves."

Chairman Bradt charged a fee of five percent of their negatron yield for ensuring that private mining operations could have their mined negatron return to their ho without any problems or attacks. A demand he could get away with only thanks to how dangerous it had beco in the Great Void Ocean and how desperate so many non-militarized mining outfits were.

"With the distribution network that I have created, I can leverage it to get my hands on all the negatron matter I can ever need."
