Professor Leynar wisely tapped into the love that people had for Rui Quarrier to get back into the good graces of the crowd, exactly as the host humorously accused him of doing so.

But his words were not inaccurate.

There were more foreign Martial Artists in the Kandrian Empire than native. aning there was no force that could enforce the laws of the country upon the forr. If all of them decided to start acting discordantly, they could easily cause a crisis in the nation, and there was absolutely nothing that anybody could do to stop them.

Under normal circumstances, this would have ant that nations would not introduce so many Martial Artists in one place, even if they needed their help for protection. NOVA had assud that this would an it was impossible to fully harness the continent’s power, and had cleverly used it against the Kandrian Empire by concentrating all war against a single point of attack.

"But she was dead wrong, and understandably so," Professor Leynar continued. "No amount of intel, no amount of modeling or processing power can fully capture what His Highness ans to Martial Artists in the world. That is why she has underestimated Martial mobility in this continent and has underestimated how well all Martial Artists can be concentrated in a single country without causing friction."

This was also sothing that resonated with Kandrian citizens.

Many had been afraid when they learned of how many foreign Martial Artists would be taking residence in their nation for the war, but it had proven to be extrely smooth.

Almost no Martial Artist caused a single incident. There were no public battles between groups with bad blood with each other. Shockingly, even the Martial Artists of the forr enemy states did not make even a peep in the past month in the Kandrian Empire.

If anything, they had proven to be extrely easy to manage. That went even to the Martial Artists of the Sekigahara Mandate, which was still a vassal state of the Kandrian Empire at the mont.

It was truly shocking to see Martial Squires, Seniors, and even Martial Masters wait in lines to establishnts peacefully and quietly without causing a ruckus of any kind.

"The reason things have been so smooth is one and only one," the professor remarked. "Prince Rui Quarrier is the spiritual leader of the Martial World. Just how many Martial Artists have benefited from him directly or indirectly? Just how many Martial Artists have been broken through because of him? Just how many Martial Artists have grown stronger thanks to the Water Sect? Just how many people has he saved during his voyage across human civilization? Just how many people has he saved by controlling the beasts and monsters of the Beast Domain? It is incalculable. That is why even the Martial Sages have proven to be shockingly docile and deferent. They all respect and fear him too much."

This was proven absolutely with the case of the blood children, who were truly in danger of being lynched and genocided by Martial Artists who feared and hated their existence.

A single command from Rui Quarrier had completely secured the safety of all blood children around the world, including in the most dangerous nation for them, the Solaris Kingdom.

No one wanted to earn the ire of the most powerful, beloved, and important Martial Artist in the world in his own ho. That is why they acted in the most unproblematic manner ever, boosting mobilization efficiency.

"Speaking of the Void Prince..." the reporter continued with a curious tone. "No one has seen him in a while. Where do you think he is during this ti of great need?"

The air tingled with a hint of peril as she broached a difficult subject.

In an age of information, it was difficult for people not to find out that the Dawnbringer had not partaken in the war despite a month passing since its inception. This was perhaps irresponsible, considering that the war had accelerated to near maximum intensity very quickly, and a single misstep could lead to the destruction of the Kandrian Empire.

The professor clearly was not eager to criticize the most worshiped man in the world. He might be willing to criticize the Emperor of Harmony with so caution and caveat, but it was too much to do so for Dawnbringer!

"The Void Prince’s mind is beyond my fathoming." He simply shook his head. "I do not dare try to carelessly extrapolate his thoughts from what is happening. However, I can assure you that it is not as though he is doing sothing as irresponsible as training for his personal power in this ti of grave need. I’m sure he’s embarking on an important mission or operation for the sake of human civilization and perhaps even the entire world."

The host nodded. "I too think so. The Void Prince is truly a selfless man! He would never abandon us and selfishly ignore the war in pursuit of his own goal."

"Regardless, there is no doubt that the Dawnbringer will join the war when he deems it necessary," the professor continued. "He is the most powerful man on our continent and perhaps the world. The fact that he has not joined the front lines proves that he is not needed at this mont. We have stabilized the three fronts thanks to additional Martial Artists partaking in the war and thanks to the new allies that the Emperor of Harmony has forged. I’m sure when the ti cos, he will join the war in glorious fashion and trounce his enemies as he usually does. His victory against the Dragon Emperor shows that he is truly worthy of being counted among the top ten most powerful pathwalkers in this world. Only another more powerful pathwalker can challenge him, and we have several on our side, such as God’s Hamr of the dwarves and Sentinel Pri. Thus, there is nothing that can possibly happen to His Highness."
