While Argenton, Transentia, and Tokugawa Ieyasu were busy, Sentinel Pri descended before Blood Lord Vrukshus with a chilling expression. The mismatch with the mannerisms of the person controlling his body and the body itself was visibly stark, but the Blood Lord maintained his composure.
His blood red Martial robes fluttered in the chill winds that swept through the Great Nam Ocean, much caused by the turbulence of war between the pathwalkers and warships.
NOVA, controlling Sentinel Pri’s body, appeared to be content with taking her ti as she slowly approached him with a curious expression.
"So you are the one who sought to evolve the native Martial Path of the Panama Continent with blood."
His expression darkened.
The air tingled with tension.
With just those words alone, Blood Lord Vrukshus knew that NOVA was aware of the hemosapien children. That was a disaster, as far as he was concerned. Hemosapien children were highly confidential information, even if so amount of spread of it was inevitable.
Regular people who lived in the vicinity of a blood child would realize that there was obviously sothing special about the child and their superhuman prowess, but they were made to comply with information confidentiality as much as possible, mandated by top-down information control imposed by the Panamic Alliance and enforced with the help of the Beggar’s Sect.
Unfortunately, the betrayal of just one knowledgeable traitor siding with the enemy caused imnse damage to the confidential secrets of Panamic Civilization.
"Truly, I must admit," NOVA spoke through Sentinel Pri’s body. "Your civilization is terrifying."
It was a remarkably sincere admission from soone who had a huge strategic advantage against them at the mont. But perhaps it was that advantage that gave her the confidence to be honest about how she felt about Panamic civilization.
"In just the span of one thousand three hundred years, your civilization reached potential singularity and even exceeded it," she remarked. "You have countless hidden trump cards and sources of great power that you hid from the rest of us to pretend to be weaker than you actually are. Now it makes wonder what else you are hiding."
Sentinel Pri’s cybernetic eyes sharpened.
"Perhaps I should consider exterminating you people and the threat you represent."
Those words caused the Blood Lord’s expression to grow more severe. "Do not even think about considering such possibilities. Not only are you not capable of it, even with the strategic advantage you possess at the mont, but we will not allow this world to exist without us."
His blood-red eyes flared with bloodlust.
"If we are to be destroyed, then we will take everyone down with us. You know this."
NOVA clearly did, causing Sentinel Pri’s expression to darken.
She had co into contact with so many secrets of the Panama Continent, whether it was the manifold, the blood children, or Transcendence, that she didn’t feel it would be much of a victory to simply defeat them in war and achieve a strategic advantage.
"You are correct," she replied, her feminine tone contrasting with the gruff masculine voice of Sentinel Pri. "Then, at the very least, I will cripple you and your civilization to such an extent that you will not be able to pose a threat for the next one hundred years."
Her tone grew chilling as Sentinel Pri’s cybernetic eyes began glowing with power, its light piercing through the darkness of the night sky.
RUMBLE
The world around them shook as Sentinel Pri’s body began mobilizing the extraordinary energy that existed deep within it. The antimatter core began converting matter into energy at an extraordinary rate.
"For starters..." Sentinel Pri began as his eyes sharpened upon Blood Lord Vrukshus. "I can begin by ensuring that your civilization will never ever birth a Transcendent ever again!"
RUMBLE!!!
Sentinel Pri shot towards Blood Lord Vrukshus at blinding speeds as the latter activated all of his Realms of power.
BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMM!!!
Blood Lord Vrukshus gritted his teeth as he withstood a single blow from Sentinel Pri’s giant fist, crushing his body with unfathomable force. The sheer power of the blow shattered all of Blood Lord Vrukshus’ bones in one fell swoop.
It couldn’t be helped, of course. That was the power differential that ca with the size differential between the two parties partaking in battle. Yet, the Blood Lord found that he had underestimated just how powerful Sentinel Pri was.
And yet, it did not matter.
WHOOSH
Sentinel Pri’s eyes sharpened as Blood Lord Vrukshus’ body was restored to its peak health in the blink of an eye. "I see you have consud that exotic resource that makes your regeneration infinite. How irritating. But you and I know as well as each other that there is a limit to how long that effect lasts. I will crush you over and over until the ti limit is passed!"
On the outside, Blood Lord Vrukshus’s expression crumpled with terror and dread.
On the inside, he grinned like a shark.
Their plan had worked.
Of course, Vrukshus had not consud the Transcendent healing fruit. Amare had consud the last one to fight Suneater on even grounds. However, Blood Lord Vrukshus would have refused to consu one even if he had the opportunity.
The reason for that was that it was almost redundant.
His specialty in blood was accelerated hemo-healing.
His Martial Body had evolved to have blood that accelerated healing and regeneration. Subsequently, all Realms he had broken through after that were centered around elevating that ability to the highest level.
Having reached Transcendence Candidacy, he had grown so powerful that his healing and regeneration rate could replicate feats that had previously only been possible with the Transcendence healing fruits.
It was as if the effects of the fruit were permanently active for him!
BOOOM BOOOM BOOOM BOOOM BOOOM!!!!!
A large barrage of blows from Sentinel Pri ravaged his body as he smoothly withstood the pain, maintaining a fierce resolve to survive the destructive onslaught of his enemy.
"For the sake of blood supremacy!" He roared as he put all of his energy into surviving NOVA’s destructive onslaught.
