The Martial Unity Chapter 3723: Must Kill Now

It was the first ti he had ever seen the CHA, even if he had heard many tales of it. Tokugawa Ieyasu had only adopted it after Rui had departed for the Siege of Sages, and had committed his mutiny before Rui could recover from his battle against the Eldritch Chira.

Yet, he recognized exactly who he was dealing with the mont he saw the man’s Martial Embodint, amplified by his CHA.

"You have courage, showing your face in front of after you killed mbers of the Silas Clan, my family of blood relatives," Rui spoke with a chilling ethereal voice. "And yet, you are cowardly for attacking while I face two top-ten powerhouses."

The death of Matriarch Nephi, the partial destruction of the Kandrian Empire, and now your confrontation with all three of us are a result of you abandoning everybody in a war you started to undergo this strange transformation of yours."
