He had personally overseen the construction and creation of the ports, harbors, and cities in the early days when he was still a young king who had just taken the throne.

Rui charged towards Sentinel Pri, unleashing a powerful blow ant to knock his head off, only for Suneater to unleash an extraordinary swing at both Rui and Sentinel Pri.

Rui sharpened his eyes as the turbulence impeded his manipulation of space and ti, forcing him to evade the attack physically. It took moving hundreds of kiloters to evade even a single attack from the Suneater, giving Sentinel Pri enough of an opportunity to catch his breath.

The latter launched a destructive onslaught of attacks from afar as he maneuvered around Suneater, where the turbulence through the heavens was just enough to make opening a wormhole difficult, but still light enough to allow him to maneuver well enough.

’If I increase my coordination, there’s a good chance we will be able to keep him at bay.’ NOVA’s thoughts had already turned towards defensive maneuvering. ’I can prepare opportunities for Sentinel Pri to restock his antimatter supplies. Then we can slowly wear him down and outlast him in the long run.’
