The subsequent technique he created was one that could allow him to predict what kind of vibrations would influence her growth in what direction, even if it was highly ntally taxing. If not for the fact that he could enhance his cognition trendously with his Anthean side, he would have had a hard ti maintaining it as continuously as he did.

"Why are you perating micro vibrations through our daughter?" Amare asked when she returned from training, exhausted and flushed, while her Martial attire was drenched in sweat. Over the past few months, since Ria's birth, she had put herself through grueling training as she ward herself back after nine months of no Martial Arts, getting rid of the rust she had accumulated while training to reach a higher level of Martial Arts.

The training had done her good, as her She didn't fail to notice the very noticeable vibrations that Rui was causing through her extraordinary senses. "We're trying to cultivate her Martial Art talent," Rui replied, drawing closer to Ria as she tried swallowing a toy. "You shouldn't eat that, Ria baby…"

"Cultivating her Martial Art talent? You can do sothing like that?" Amare raised an eyebrow.

Rui nodded. "In the long run, yes. It will take a few years' worth of vibration therapy for us to get the desired result. But eventually, it should be possible to create an extraordinary genius in Martial Art."

Amare raised an eyebrow. "That sounds incredible… but she might not want to do Martial Art, you know?"

"True."

"Especially when you're creating a world where the intellectual diversification for ordinary people to pursue is rising," Amare noted. "A Martial talent might just be an impedint to soone who wants nothing to do with Martial Art."

"Perhaps, but there have been people with extraordinary genius-level talent who chose not to pursue it through and through," Rui replied, recalling one of his old friends. "Last I checked, she was doing just fine in the life path that she had chosen. It would be no different if she organically had this talent, and she very might have since she's our daughter, but did not want to pursue it. She can easily do anything else she wants. She's our daughter, so there's no barrier of entry she can't surpass."

Amare stirred at the rationale, accepting it. "She's not going to have much of a drive with an overprotective father like yourself protecting her from any and all harm."

Rui shook his head. "If she chooses to beco a Martial Artist, then we won't protect her like that anymore."

"That's a bit harsh."

"If she chooses to beco a Martial Artist than she needs to accept that she might die at any ti," Rui replied knowingly. "That risk is always there and is always real. Our father actually stopped protecting us once we beca a Martial Artist for that very reason. Of course…"

Rui shrugged. "We'll need to do sothing about the fact that she's known to be our daughter and thus our enemies will try targeting her. That will be tricky, but perhaps a thorough and complete disguise every ti she's in the field with a whole other alternate identity so that she can be a Martial Artist without having to face my enemies."

"…That's rather decisive. Are you truly capable of letting her face the risks that co with being a Martial Artist without intervening?"

Rui stiffened at that question, gazing at his little daughter as she sat on the floor, waving around different toys in her hand, amusing herself with them. The truth was that he knew he wouldn't be able to stop himself if she ever actually ca to be on the verge of death on the battlefield in a battle.

Principles be damned, Rui would not allow the most important person in his life to die because of them.

Amare smiled at him knowingly. She simply couldn't picture this doting father ever actually seeing through such a ruthless resolution. Martial Artist or not, he had no intention of allowing anything to happen to his daughter.

"We'll nly intervene at the very final mont," Rui offered. "So that she can gain very real experience in battle but not have to suffer the consequences of losing one."

"Yes, yes, very good. I'm going to sleep to deal now to deal with the price of the Realms."

Amare imdiately crashed into the bed, imdiately falling asleep while Rui continued playing with his daughter.

"Gagaga…" Ria insisted to Rui.

"Yes, that's true, isn't it?" Rui leaned forward, sleeping on the ground, resting his elbows on the floor as he delighted in watching her explore the world around her.

"Gagaga!" She emphatically babbled at Rui.

"Indeed, just so." Rui nodded. "You're so wise for your age, Ria."

If the complint registered, she didn't seem to think too much of it, simply continuing to explore the toys and their functionality in a ticulous manner. He found her thod of exploration to be rather ticulous and intentional, even at the age of four months. She seed to understand that the toys could 'do' things, and she explored every inch of their surface to find out what it was they could do. He sensed intelligence in her actions, coupled with a boundless curiosity that compelled her to go to everything she sensed. Rui knew he was looking at her nascent personality and temperant. She was undoubtedly going to grow up to be a person who was high in openness and curiosity.

When she had explored everything there was to explore, she tossed them aside, continuing to explore their royal chambers as she scooted around the ground, pulling herself forward with her little puffy arms, looking at the different parts of the spacious royal chambers that they resided in. When she got tired, she would purposefully turn towards her father. "Gagaga!"

As if summoning him to her aid. Rui would smile with amusent, picking her up and hugging her with both arms. "Ah, our Ria is so cute, isn't she? Yes, you're so cute~"

She would often randomly gesture in a direction with waving arms, and Rui would move in that direction, where she would try to reach out to whatever it was that caught her eyes.

When he propped her up in front of a mirror out of curiosity to see what she would do, he found himself surprised at her reaction.
