Panic broke across all of Gaian Civilization as news spread like wildfire among the civilian population. Despite the fact that the world had so experience with this when it ca to the Laminar and nebular invasions hadn't inoculated them with the fear of existential destruction at the hands of an alien super entity that was the size of heavenly entities.

However, they hadn't just noticed the fiery planet rushing towards them; they had also noticed the wormhole outside Gaia that was pushing through what was eerily familiar to all of them.

[Is that... is that Jormungandr?????]

[Sure looks like it.]

[Wait, you're telling the higher-ups are rolling up Jormungandr to fight the planet charging towards us with a suspiciously inorganic trajectory? That's... that's so fucking cool!]

The panic turned into excitent as the professional powerscaling community of Gaian Civilization imdiately rolled out their notepads, eager to docunt the feats of the serpent and quantify its power level. While the civilian population managed to turn a crisis into a spectacle, Gaia and Rui both concentrated as they slowly pushed the serpent through the wormhole, Rui rewrote the information dinsion to generate more H20 in a permanent manner, rewriting the very quantum fields of electrons, protons, and neutrons to generate more excitents which he then converted into hydrogen and oxygen ions to chemically react to create water. He also needed to use his Martialverse to erase the exothermic reaction that such a reaction would normally create.

It was a long, laborious process, one that was no different from the labor that mothers put in when giving birth to a baby. And yet, the outco was rapidly taking shape.

The serpent slowly began to erge from the depths of the Great Nam Ocean as Rui replaced his body volu with actual water while the ocean floor rose upward to push him through into outer space.

Ten percent of his body.

Twenty percent.

Half.

Three-fourths.

And eventually, the entirety of his body erged from the closing wormhole.

WHOOSH

The titanic serpent was flung into space at a distance of a million kiloters of Gaia, far enough to ensure that its gravity would not affect her trajectory too much.

For the first ti ever, the entire world got to behold what the serpent actually looked like.

The amateur astronomy community, the civilization population, the various space stations, and even Gaia and Rui themselves.

Only one word erged in their minds as they beheld the true visage of Jormungandr for the very first ti in their entire lives. "Magnificent."

The serpent's scales were jet black at perpendicular angles, but reflected shades of different colors at different angles, creating a truly exquisite visage for the serpent in their eyes. The sclera of its eyes were black, while its slit-like pupils were yellow, inspiring fear in the hearts of anyone who could behold the creature. It projected power and beauty all at once despite having been at the very bottom of the ocean for more than a millennium. It was as though moss was too afraid to grow on the titanic creature's scales, as if even bacteria feared daring to grow on the creature. It had maintained a remarkably pristine condition despite the astronomical amount of ti and depth at which it had spent more than a thousand years. Jormungandr itself simply floated in space for several monts.

In that mont, the creature felt sothing that it hadn't felt in a long ti.

A pure bliss.

It slowly stretched its body as muscles that hadn't moved in forever began to move as the creature stretched its body out. The very gesture generated visible gravitational waves that rippled through outer space.

It stretched for the first ti in forever.

It basked in the bright shine of the sun, enjoying its warmth and light, having been drowned in cold darkness for a long, long ti. Sothing as simple as being able to move and enjoy the sun was nothing short of a priceless treasure in the eyes of Jormungandr.

The sheer pleasure the serpent experienced was visible even though it didn't have eyelids. Rui chuckled as he felt the surge of pleasure that erupted in the depths of the serpent's mind. "How does it feel to finally be freed from your prison?"

'…Better than anything I could have ever imagined, even in my wildest dreams,' Jormungandr's ntal whispers were laced with relief and pleasure. 'I am finally free.'

"Indeed, you are," Rui told him even as he applied his Martialverse to keep open the wormhole and hold back the gravity of the gargantian specin. "You have suffered and endured much for all life on Gaia, and for that, on behalf of Gaian Civilization, I offer you deepest gratitude."

Rui bowed his head a little to the mighty serpent.

"Thank you for everything you have done for all of us."

RUMBLE…

Gaia tremored, expressing her gratitude to the massive creature. She knew, more than anybody else, what it had gone through to keep all of them safe and to keep her safe.

"Not to be that guy but…" Rui turned towards the approaching gargantian.

RUMBLE!!!!!

The distant shining dot had beco a massive shining red-hot sphere that occupied a good chunk of his field of vision.

RUMBLE!!!!!

It had finally arrived.

"…we need your help," Rui continued with a calm tone. "It's trying to reproduce with Gaia and we need soone to incapacitate and imprison it, but not destroy or kill it. I still want to study how it reproduces. Can you help us with that?"

Jormungandr flicked its tongue as its eyes glinted with hostility at the gargantian.

'With pleasure. I didn't spend a thousand years in immobility to save a world only to watch it get destroyed by a conscious planet in heat.'

Rui grinned as he watched with excitent.

He watched with excitent as the battle between Jormungandr and Garg began. A battle between two Transcendent-grade creatures. A battle of the caliber that he hadn't seen since the battle between Damian and the Eldritch Chira.

RUMBLE!!!!!

The entire solar system shook as the two mighty creatures crashed against each other with all their might.
