Humming a little tune, feeling delighted as he returned to the Divine Tree Mansion, Chen Jiuge imdiately caught sight of Bali’s massive figure.

The mutual sprint of man and snake ended in a sowhat awkward result.
Crawling out from a nearby mountain peak, Chen Jiuge rubbed his slightly sore body and said curiously, "True Immortal Eighteenth Layer Heaven, what have you been through, Bali?"
It’s important to know that Dabai, Yue ng, and Black Eye, when they were first found, had only reached True Immortal First Layer Heaven; Dabai hadn’t even beco a True Immortal yet.
Bali smiled a bit sheepishly, though with that ferocious snake face, it looked sowhat frightening: "I don’t know, I just ate and slept every day!"
"If it weren’t for that person who suddenly found and showed a Jade Pendant with Master’s aura, I might still be there eating and drinking."
Listening to Bali’s story, Chen Jiuge’s expression grew even more peculiar.
Bali was incredibly lucky; when he got separated from Chen Jiuge during the ascension, he happened to land at the edge of the Demon Domain. Due to being separated from Chen Jiuge and his friends, Bali was very scared but didn’t know the way, so he started wandering aimlessly.
Not long into his wandering, Bali fell into a process of spiritual energy refinent, and with his Ba Snake bloodline, he unexpectedly fully awakened that bloodline during the refinent.
The Ba Snake is a creature known for devouring heaven and earth; simply put, it’s like a gluttonous bloodline.
Bali, overwheld with luck, instinctively found an undeveloped Spiritual Stone Mine and nestled there, eating and sleeping day after day, with his cultivation rapidly soaring.
"Truly, eating well is a blessing!"
"Why don’t I have that kind of luck!" Dabai said, sowhat resentful.
Black Eye didn’t speak, but his gaze revealed a hint of envy; this was far better than his own experience.
"It’s good you’re back. Let’s gather tonight, and invite Senior Brother and Senior Sister Yue as well; Dabai, you can go." Chen Jiuge said, reassuringly.
"Ah, why is it always ?" Dabai complained.
"Who else if not you? We haven’t even been to the Outer Sect!" Yue ng said, exasperated.
Aside from Dabai, Yue ng spends every day on alchemy, Black Eye watches over the spiritual beasts in the treehouse, Yue Li assists Black Eye, and Bali just returned.
Seeing the attention shift to him, Dabai, Chen Jiuge said with a deadpan expression: "Am I supposed to go? What did I raise you for then!"
Dabai gave a sheepish laugh and darted away.
"Truly useless!"

When Dabai found Wu Daotian and Yue Yinghua, the two were just returning from handing in a task, looking disheveled and ragged.
"Where have you guys been?" Dabai asked, looking at the two who resembled beggars in astonishnt.
Yue Yinghua blushed slightly and then said angrily, "Ask this guy!"
Wu Daotian gave an awkward smile, "It was an accident, but fortunately, we’re back."
"By the way, Dabai, what brings you to us?" Wu Daotian changed the subject.
Dabai said oddly, "I don’t mind, but shouldn’t you guys change clothes first?"
Their clothes were hanging on them loosely like strips of cloth; Wu Daotian didn’t care, but Yue Yinghua, being a girl, did.
With Dabai’s reminder, Yue Yinghua’s face reddened once more; although nothing private was exposed, it was indeed sowhat embarrassing.

"Bali, that spiritual beast with the Ba Snake bloodline?"
After hearing Dabai’s invitation, Wu Daotian began recalling mories of Bali.
"That’s right."
"I see, alright, I’ll co by later." Wu Daotian readily agreed.
Yue Yinghua hesitated for a mont but eventually nodded in agreent.
Receiving their answers, Dabai left happily.
"Senior Sister, you seed hesitant just now; do you not want to go?" Wu Daotian asked.
Yue Yinghua didn’t hide and sighed, "Junior Brother, our cultivation is too low. We’ve already received a lot of care from Junior Brother Chen, and it’s really shaful for , as a senior sister, to still need his help."
"And we can’t keep taking advantage of Junior Brother."
Wu Daotian sombrely said, "Junior Brother Chen doesn’t think that way."
Yue Yinghua shook her head, "I know, but I don’t want that. After this gathering, I plan to take on the Sect’s pioneering task."
"Senior Sister, are you crazy?" Wu Daotian asked in shock.
"I just want to grow faster." Yue Yinghua said firmly.
"But, that also..." Wu Daotian was interrupted by Yue Yinghua’s next words, "Junior Brother, only between life and death can a person’s potential be maximized."
Wu Daotian looked at Yue Yinghua with a complex expression, feeling a myriad of emotions inside.
Pioneering tasks are different from other tasks; the True Realm is alive, constantly absorbing everything in the void, continuously growing. The newly spawned areas are the ones needing exploration.
