Chen Jiuge extended his hand and caught a Nightmare that had luckily slipped through under the protection of the Evil Ghost.
The sharp mouthparts squird incessantly in his palm, trying to pierce into Chen Jiuge's body and devour his flesh and blood.
With a slight force, he crushed the Nightmare's head, and Chen Jiuge disgustedly shook his hand.
"Such a powerful breeding ability, it seems the Nightmare leaders intend to use a strategy of overwhelming numbers."
"No, wait, now that the Golden Desert and True Realm have rged, those high-level Nightmares should be intercepting the powerhouses of the True Realm, right?"
"But can they stop the Daluo? They shouldn't have any beings at the Daluo level now!"
Though Nightmares evolve quickly, they still need food, and the highest cultivation in the Golden Desert is just Heavenly Immortal; no matter how much they devour, it's impossible to nurture a Daluo, right?

The imposing aura belonging to a Golden Immortal made the swarm pause, as an exceptionally robust figure appeared in front of them.

Chen Jiuge, a bit surprised, said, "A deal?"
It was not strange to Chen Jiuge that a Nightmare possessed Spiritual Wisdom, as they were, after all, a race at the Immortal level; lacking their own civilization would be odd.
"That's right, we don't need territory. As long as you're willing to give us a certain number of living beings, or so Spiritual Beasts, I can guarantee there will be no more attacks on your domain!"
Chen Jiuge sneered as he pointed to the swarm: "Do you think with your newly acquired Golden Immortal Cultivation you can block this? If I'm not mistaken, you broke through by devouring your kind, right?"
"So what, if there's a first , there will be a second . I reckon you don't have many swarms either!"
Chen Jiuge frowned slightly, realizing the Nightmare was right. Relying on a swarm, he could barely fend off one Golden Immortal, but more would be difficult; the Nightmares appeared too suddenly, and Chen Jiuge didn't have a second swarm!
"If you're worried about us going back on our word, we can even make a vow to the Great Dao!"
"You probably have records of my tribe. We seek only to procreate and survive. We don't need Heavenly Materials and Earthly Treasures for cultivation. Your abilities suit us well!"
"In exchange for so Spiritual Beasts considered food by you, we can achieve peace, and we could even help you overco formidable enemies. Isn't this a win-win situation?"

ng Ze revealed a seven-colored crystal in one hand while a budding black flower floated in the other.
"This feeling?"
Chen Jiuge looked at the black flower, a thought struck him; the emitted aura felt similar to the Chaos Qi from the Chaos World, only it contained more elents than the Chaos Qi from the Chaos World.
